How powerful and vast you are as a spiritual being. How much you have come through in this physical body in this lifetime. You're a warrior. You're a powerful warrior. You're watching this because you have walked through the valley. You have walked through different levels of struggle in your life and you have come out the rising Phoenix on the other side.
Now we know it doesn't always feel this way, but please know you are powerful. You are a warrior. Look within your heart, look within your mind, look within your body, look within your emotions. Extract anything that is still not serving your higher soul, anything that you might be feeling. This is ultimately serving your higher soul, but it's not when we stuff it down.
It's not when they are not acknowledged or aware of what it is that's actually going on beneath the surface. It's not when there's denial or there's shame or there's guilt. Or there is just ending the energy of suffering, suffering or punishment or sacrifice because you're holding yourself in a judgment about who you are, or who you've been, or the things that have happened to you are not the things that have happened to you're so much more powerful and strong.
So be honest, look in the mirror, tune into your body, into your heart, into your mind, into your emotions, into your soul. And honor the path you've walked where it has brought you to exactly where you are right now. A powerful warrior spirit with a heart of love.
You're exactly in the place you've meant to be. You're exactly coming through this transformation as an embodiment of this transformation that supports you and the collective. And those around you, you knew coming into this body, it wasn't going to be easy. And you did it anyway, because you're a warrior, a soulful, loving heart centered warrior.
And you're powerful, look in the mirror and honor the beauty that you are looking in the mirror and honor the strength and the courage and the power. That lives within you. Look in the mirror and celebrate all parts of yourself.
You're a warrior of light. You're a warrior of love, and you're deserving of all the love, all that you desire, regardless of your history.
Look in the mirror and look in your eyes and look in your heart and allow yourself to have that special acknowledgement that comes from that eternal soul within your being who's always loving, accepting, and guiding you and trust.
Trust this process.
You're here for beautiful, beautiful, powerful things for yourself to experience you. And for the transformation of those around you and the collective at large.
