We're so happy to be here with you and really to be a ray of sunshine, a little drop of inspiration for you. As we know, it has been such a long and difficult period of time for some of you, but for many of you, it's just been exhausting and you may not even know why. So much new energy is available to you from the Earth, and from the cosmos. It is affecting your energy and your body. It is also creating a purging effect that could sometimes also feel a little bit emotional or draining. Each of you will be on your own path with this.
It's going to ebb and flow and likely has been ebbing and flowing for quite some time. In some cases, you might be going through an extremely hard period, but either way, we wanted to come in with this invitation to just Look at the bright side, see the beauty all around you.
See if you can find some things in your experience, in your life, from your body at the simplest form to find gratitude and appreciation. Now you've likely heard this before to tune into the gratitude and appreciation all around you, but it is really so powerful when you can be present in the moment and be present to All of the miracles and gifts that you are just being a human being, and we don't mean just just being a human is not easy.
And we understand this. It is actually a quite courageous school of learning and evolution for your soul. And we understand, which is why we are always here guiding you and protecting you along the journey as well. As you grow through different phases of your life, you will experience ups and downs, and that's part of being human.
It's the human experience. However, there's so much beauty that you get from having your physical body that you don't get to experience in the spiritual form. So we want you to come back to the basics. Be grateful for the beautiful sunrise or sunset, to be grateful for your body that you have in the feet that carry you and the breath that creates oxygen for you to be able to experience as a living physical being.
It's amazing. And sometimes you can get so far ahead into the future, not realizing that power is really in your presence. And your present moment and when you can start to adjust and shift that and release the expectations of where you think you should be or where you how you thought it would go or how somebody was going to respond when you let go and shed those expectations and just center in the presence of who you are.
You'll find a whole new view on life. You'll find a clearer pathway that maybe was always there, but you couldn't access it from your current perspective. Fear and anxiety can destroy happiness. It can also make you feel very stuck and stagnant and sometimes hopeless.
So we're here to bring that power back to you by just simply focusing on the beauty around you, acknowledging the beauty of the flowers of nature, of your body, of all of the gratitude for the things that you have for all of the things around you, for your home, for your air conditioning, or your heater.
The simple things, if that's all you can see, and then it will start to expand into more things that you actually can recognize and pretty soon you'll have more things to be grateful for, which is so exciting. Because it can be a quick way to shift your energy. We also want to just let you know, all is well, all is well, you're doing great.
Things are so beautifully unfolding for you that you can't quite see yet. So we wanted to offer this encouragement for you to just keep looking forward, seeking the joy, being present and enjoying the journey. Because as you enjoy the journey, more miracles and miraculous outcomes get to occur for you in a seemingly short period of time.
Thank you for your service,
Alexia
