The words that you have are an important indicator of something that is going on within you on all ends of the spectrum. Acknowledge the joy, seek the joy, seek the passion. Acknowledge the curiosity within you about the things that you want to create and the curiosity and wonder of how this gets to come to fruition for you.
As well as those things that are holding you back; the lack of the passion, the lack of the joy, the apathy. That is an indicator to recognize; that there's a part of you that is feeling a little off track, a little bit not living your fulfilled life that you came here to live- an experience that is there for you.
Your joy and your passion. That is your signpost. Those are the breadcrumbs to guide you in the direction of what next steps for you are going to be a way to help you align with your higher path. Align with your gifts. Align with Your message and your highest soul's journey. You might be experiencing frustration. You might be overwhelmed. You might be in some confusion. It might be grief.
There's any number of emotions that it could be but whatever you're feeling acknowledge it. Acknowledge it not to stay in it lLong term, but enough to really acknowledge and be aware of what it is trying to tell you more deeply. What is the message that you are so far failing to either understand or accept completely so that you can heal it and shift through it to find your joy again- finding the light within your heart. Community is such a key component here. We see that when these times arise, often you end up in kind of your own isolation of sorts, which will only compact the mind, put you out of your body and out of your heart and into your mind in a way that doesn't serve you. Looping around and round and trying to figure it out or potentially even completely numbing and checking out.
Community is there to support you. Sometimes the most courageous step can be asking for what you need. We're encouraging you to tap into your heart, to tap into your community, your support. Tap into what it is that you truly need and to honor and respect and love yourself enough to give it to yourself and to also seek the company of others who are there and able to support you right through this time of this transition.
This is all part of a purging. There's going to be waves of different types of emotions for different people at different times. You just want to note if you're getting stalled or stuck in an energy and not moving through it. Instead, either feeling stuck in it or numbing from it or letting it actually take over all of your joy and happiness.
Your emotions are an indicator of how aligned you are with what it is you're experiencing, or even more so are an indicator in some ways from your intuition. In some ways it can be about the next layer of healing and growth that you are called to do in order to unlock or expand into the next level.
Lean into your community and your spiritual community as well, your spiritual support, your crystals, your animals, nature, all of that is wonderfully healing.
Join hands with those that you feel connected with. If you are not a part of a group sometimes you have to find the courage to explore what group would work for you. Whether that is in person or online, connect with your heart, your spirit team, and ask them for support and guidance to guide you there.
If you are feeling isolated and alone, follow your joy, tap into your passion, find creativity, find the things that light you up. If you're unsure of your next step, then find something that stimulates your joy and your creativity because that will start to help you illuminate more clarity so that you can more clearly see the direction to take next.
