Hello, I would like to share some information, some reminders and tips about how to move through what some of you are experiencing. This is a very lethargic and tough energy. You're going through a massive cycle on earth and you will be for quite some time, but I want to remind you of some simple connections that you have within you that can help you in both elevating your energy, mind, mood, psychic connection, and your remembrance of your gifts and also to process the energy that's moving through your body and through the collective at large.
Of course, working with the sun is something I want to highlight for you in a very conscious way, spending even 5 or 10 minutes, closing your eyes and just. Tuning into the vibration of the sun, really opening up your body, your being, all of the cells in your body, your skin, just being very present to soaking up the rays of the sun, even if you can't see the sun.
The Sun is always there and when you make this conscious connection, you can receive those benefits. And perhaps even more important for those, depending on where you are viewing and time you're watching, the Sun may or may not be readily obvious or available to you. In truth, the sun is always there. It just might take some more concerted, conscious effort.
Whether or not the Sun is literally beating on your face. You want to be very conscious of the receptivity of the energy energy streams that are so healing and vital to your life force energy. This will fuel your energy physically. It will also stimulate your energy on a mental and emotional level, helping you to purge and release the stagnancy that you might experience.
Throughout the day or at different points in your life. If you can get into nature, this is wonderful. If you cannot, or if the sun is not readily accessible from your perspective, close your eyes and just invite the connection with your sun and feel that beaming spiritual essence of that vibration to move through your body and being this will be effective as well.
Within this energy, there's not only life force energy for you. Physically, it's going to actually connect you with the rhythm of the universe, the rhythm of the cosmos. It helps you to find your own rhythm and alignment with the circadian rhythm of where you are living. And it helps you as well to orient that space within the universe that you also exist on a more larger scale.
From this space, you will start to receive information, energetic packets of information. It can support you in becoming more clearly connected to your psychic knowing to your remembrance of gifts of when you lived even in other times, such as in the times of Egypt during the times of Egypt was so powerful because you're both connected to the land and to the elements and to the cosmic energy of the universe above and below every day.
You weren't afraid of working, physically working through things that was something that actually you took pride in, the physical day to day moving through being human and what it takes and requires to create and manifest the things that you are desiring to experience. While also yielding the magic that is always also there for you, leveraging the energy and the mysteries of the universe.
So as you tune into the essence of the sun, intend to bring in the energy of your magic, of your divine essence, of your connection to the information that you need on all levels, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually to guide you through the next phase.
