Now you will continue having waves of new energy and frequencies come through, but they will be followed by periods of time that you'll need to pay attention to a special attention to giving time and space to integrate and process. We're telling you this to start you by knowing that nothing is wrong, you're not doing anything wrong.
Some of you are feeling like you'll have really wonderful up days, high energy, and then suddenly you don't. And it's almost like you can go into a bit of self punishment or self berating, negative self-talk in some form thinking, what am I doing wrong? What's wrong with me? It may feel as if you backslide on your energy, but that is not true.
You actually took a big energetic leap forward and spiritual step into a higher level of energy and consciousness. The integration period must follow. That is part of how you get to bring in And actually hold an anchor in these higher frequencies. And with those higher frequencies comes consciousness.
It becomes information. It becomes healing. It becomes a space that allows you in your physical vessel. As you integrate and purge, this will initiate a purging, which is, you know, what you are experiencing within your field so that you can embody more of your divinity, more so than you have ever before as a human.
And more so than humans have in many, many, many, many, many generations worth of lifetimes. And so be gentle with yourself because the body is going through a bit of shakeup, right? Your body is not sure exactly how to respond. And some of it is also triggering a bit of the nervous, like the fight or flight aspects within your field.
So it's important, you know, to really pay attention to how your body is feeling. And give it that special, uh, extra love and care that it needs.
You might have noticed, if you're visual, you may have seen vibrations of the lavender, lighter blue, platinum realm of energy codes that are coming in. This is really working with a lot of your DNA and a lot of your upgrades to your body systems and your psychic multidimensional gifts.
So this is a perfect blend of energy. You'll want to spend some time just basking in the vibration. of this new energy of the new earth that is being born on the planet today. This will help you acclimatize and be much easier to take more in with more ease, the next wave of energy, portals of opportunity that will come through so that you can be able to receive Again, more ease, more grace, but also into those next levels of frequencies that are to come.
Each person is on their own individual path with this. So there is no judgment, no comparison, no expectation. Just you and you. It's really you and your body right now that is going to allow you to be at your highest and best energy, awareness, alertness, alignment with self so that you will gain back the momentum and motivation to be able to move forward more quickly and efficiently.
Thank you again for your service. Trust in the process, and be gentle with yourself, water, and the earth. And nature and quiet and solitude can be very beneficial at this time, you may receive lots of downloads of information as well in your meditation space. And you may also have a more active dream space that can both be an aspect of healing, but also yield a space for you to bring in more conscious awareness to the downloads of energy that you have received.
In a sense, it's unlocked. Steps of your next chapter in your particular soul blueprint. Very well. Thank you.
