Welcome,

[00:01:59] Jen Gilchrist: Jen. Hi. Thank you so much for having me. It’s amazing work you’re doing in the world, and I’m, I’m privileged to be a part of it.

[00:02:06] Sarah: Oh,

[00:02:06] Jen Gilchrist: awesome.

[00:02:06] Sarah: Thank

[00:02:07] Jen Gilchrist: you.

[00:02:08] Sarah: Um, Jen, I just wanted to ask you, can you share a bit about your, uh, journey of stepping into your soul’s purpose? What was the pivotal moment that led you to become a mentor for intuitive and sensitive women?

[00:02:22] Jen Gilchrist: Yes, absolutely. I like to say now my life is like a spiritual retreat. And what I mean by that is, is like massages and mindset and visualization and Zumba, like all these things, I really consider a part of my everyday workday. It’s kind of become a, uh, you know, there’s been about six years in a row where I went to on my birthday to.

Swim with hundreds of wild dolphins on a spiritual retreat. And I think that it’s this balance of divinity in action that has really helped me sustain my life and build my success in a way that feels really good to me. It definitely wasn’t always this aligned and peaceful for sure. Uh, by the age of 20, I was a single mom, and then I had built a six figure business doing hair and makeup, bought a home by the age of 30.

So on the outside it’s like by society’s version of success, it looked great. But on the inside I was just so overwhelmed. Like, on this hamster wheel Yeah. Of just going, going, going, going. And at the time, I, I didn’t have any tools or awareness about any of these things, like meditation or the things that I know about now.

And so my big go-to was wine and chocolate was pretty much how I was able to, like, at the end of the day, I’m like, ah, how do I, how do I release the stress? Yes. Until about. 2008, it’s been what, 12 or maybe more years by now that my life literally did come to a crashing halt. I had gone to a friend’s house, had a few glasses of wine celebrating her birthday.

And the next thing you know, I was driving home and I ended up rolling my car, flipping it twice, ending up in a ditch. Thankfully, nobody else was involved. Yeah. And somehow I feel like the, the eight grace of my angels like held the car or something because every window was crashed out. I had to crawl out the window, but I ended up only with just a couple of scratches.

But I knew that that was a huge wake up call for me. Like I realized that I can’t be so frazzled in my mind jumping from here to there. I can’t be using wine as my only form of stress relief. That wasn’t gonna work for me. I needed to figure out what to, how to do my life different. But I really didn’t have any tools or awareness around it.

And so I didn’t know what else to do at the moment. So I prayed. I’m just like, I just wanna be happy and at peace.

[00:04:30] Sarah: Yeah.

[00:04:30] Jen Gilchrist: And so in response to that prayer, my grandfather came to me in a dream and it was so visceral, so real. Uh, he, I hadn’t ever really been able to dream of him this way. He passed when I was 10, but he was always like my guiding light and my safety.

So he came to me in this dream and it’s like he woke up something within me. He, he reminded. That I wasn’t alone and that he was there. The angels were there. Spirit guides, God, universe, you know, there’s all this magnificent spiritual support. Yeah. And so when I woke up from this dream. I had this overwhelming sense of peace and happiness in my heart.

It was like I had all this, like I didn’t know the answers, but I knew that it was gonna be okay, and that really led me to this like six month journey of reading every self-help book I could possibly get my hands on. And then like my intuition blasted open. It felt like pretty quickly my angel started talking to me and then I got this psychic greeting, not at the time.

I was raised in a pretty religious conservative family, so we didn’t really talk about any of this kind of stuff, of intuition or, or things like this. But I thought my friend said, you know, Hey, she really helped me understand myself. You know, you should check it out. And I’m like, all right, I’ll check it out.

So I went and she did, and like two hours she could identify how I was feeling better than I could put into words. And she said, you’re gonna be doing what I’m doing. Within five years. And I’m like, what? This sounds amazing, but I can’t imagine. I just started hearing my grandparents and angels like, this sounds amazing, but it felt so dis like removed from Yeah.

Who I was and what my life was, you know? And so she was right. Within two years, I started my first iteration of my spiritual business. At the time it was called Divine Spark Within, and I started doing it, but it for, for two reasons. I like, I got really clear I wanted to help other people. It’s like at this point I’m like, I want other people to know they’re so empowered and that they can create the life they desire.

And I felt my soul calling me. And so I started that kind of part-time on the side, but it didn’t take off for quite a while for two main reasons. I found later, it took me a little while to get to this. It was, um, one, I couldn’t imagine how to explain my newly awakened psychic healer. Angel card reading, Medi mediumship past life, you know, reading self, like how am I going to like come outta the closet with all of this stuff to my hair clients, my family and my professional network I had created.

And then the other piece was I was like super shy. Like I definitely convinced all of my teachers to pretty much let me do my oral reports before or after school. I wouldn’t join a networking group because I had to say my name like on a microphone, you know, like I was painfully shy. And so I’m like, my, my business just stayed very small.

Yeah. So there’s this point where my heart, like my, my soul was just guiding me, and if anybody’s ever kind of felt that internal calling starts getting kind of more intensified, you know? And I’m like, okay, angels, I’m ready. I, I’m trying. But people are, you know, my, my business is staying small and so the next thing you know, I was invited to this Client Attraction Summit and I’m like, yes, that’s what I need.

I need to attract more clients.

[00:07:30] Sarah: Yeah.

[00:07:31] Jen Gilchrist: Um, I, I’m doing my work, but I’m not being seen. And so, uh, I went there and I always like to say, God has a funny sense of humor. Next thing you know, they’re talking about speaking to grow your business. And I’m like, oh, gotta be kidding me. You know? And I start arguing with my angels.

I don’t know if you ever argue with your angels, but I know I’m fighting for my fear when I’m like, what whatcha talking about? Like now, like, that’s like five years from now. Like, what? That can’t be what I’m doing. What you tricked me. And then I, but [00:08:00] I went and I listened to this conference. It was three days and I got really inspired and I, and I felt really like torn about, you know, with an auditorium of 300 other empaths, having this decision about what to do.

And it was expensive, you know, it was a big investment for me at the time was $22,000, like a thousand dollars a month for, and I didn’t even have my mortgage payment. Like I wasn’t, at that point, I was still running my life off of my other business. And so I ha I really didn’t know what to do. I took myself outside and I tuned in.

I call it the TLC meditation. I tuned into my body. I talked to my body. I asked, you know, is this an all night with my highest path? And I really listened because I’ve learned that when I listened to my mind and I let fear make my choices or logic make my choices, I let fear stop me. Whereas when I tune into my body and my heart and my intuition, I can trust and leap.

And so it got really clear that we always have free will of choice, but. In that moment, it was important for me to step forward. And so I, I realized that if I didn’t do that, I would just be prolonging my purpose and my peace and my happiness. So I leapt in, aligned with my vision, faced my fear, head on, invested in the program, and now I get to, you know.

Hmm. Many iterations. And then later I’m still here, I’m here doing this speaking, sharing my voice and my message with others like you and your community to help others really, you know, embody their gifts, align with our purpose, embody the fact that they can create the life, say desire, um, and it feels really, really good.

So, oh, absolutely.

[00:09:29] Sarah: Hearing that story, I’ve just got goosebumps all over me because I can totally relate. Um, even with this podcast, I, you know, I was tuning in, I had a. Little giggle with my guides as well, and they’re like, you need to do it. Just do it. Just do it. We will provide the rest. Just do it. And I was like, okay.

And what I found is the podcast is actually healing me at the same time to be seen and heard. So it’s, yeah, it’s a bit of a game changer.

[00:09:54] Jen Gilchrist: Isn’t it? True. It’s like I find that my spiritual, growing my spiritual business, I think your first awakening. Because you go from [00:10:00] kind of unconscious to conscious, like that’s a big, usually kind of a jolt for people, right?

Absolutely. There’s health or relationship or something major, but then growing my spiritual business has been the deepest inner work I’ve done. And you keep and you keep having to do it right, it gets easier ’cause you have more tools, but you almost have to go deeper into leaps of faith. Yeah. So I totally get it.

[00:10:21] Sarah: Yeah, absolutely. Um, you’ve helped so many women trust their divine guidance. What do you think? Trusting intuition is such a challenge for people. Or sorry. Why do you think, and how do you help them overcome it?

[00:10:36] Jen Gilchrist: Well, I think it can stem back, like there’s so many things, right? It’s gonna be a little bit individual for people, but generally I would say it has sometimes to do with our past.

Like, so maybe you’re in a relationship where you’ve been betrayed, you trusted somebody, and they betrayed you, as an example, and then suddenly you have these things where you’ve done things or you’ve done, we made choices. Oh, I thought that was gonna be the right job or the right relationship. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a relationship.

But in those cases, you’ve trusted people or made decisions that didn’t turn out as you wanted or, or kind of ended up being, like your w was pulled over your eyes. Right. I know I had many cycles of unhealthy, abusive type relationships, and so that really, for me, had, had an impact on me trusting myself.

Well, I can’t, I don’t have a good picker. I can’t make good decisions. I, I’m trusting the wrong people. So it’s like, you may not realize that sometimes those past things can create a filter. About what you can trust yourself to make decisions for in the present or for the future. And so I found that as you start to heal those things, as you really start to forgive yourself or forgive others, you know, whatever the deeper layers of healing work is around some of these things that have happened in your life, a lot of times goes back to childhood.

Um, then once that, once you do that, you can start to meet yourself where you are now instead of holding yourself to who you were then. Because at the time, you can only do what you can do with the amount of tools and awareness you have at the time. You, you did the best you could with what you had.

Absolutely. And that’s different than who you are now. And so I think I had to make peace with a lot of my past. And I think a lot of people have to make peace with different aspects of their past. Sometimes it can come with having a overbearing or critical parent. Sometimes it can be not fitting into the, the school system exactly the way that you should if you, if you learn differently.

I mean, there’s just so many different things that can happen. But I think that it’s sometimes, uh, if going back to your past and thinking like, where did these insecurities or lack of confidence or trust in myself begin? And when you start to heal those things, you’ll notice that you’re more liberated to.

Give yourself permission to see yourself where you’re at and then move forward from there.

[00:12:33] Sarah: Yeah, and I think self-acceptance is such a big part. Yeah. In like allowing the peace to come through, right? Like you go, okay, yep, that was me back then. I’m not that person now, let’s move forward. And you kind of feel that inner peace cultivating it within you.

Once you have accepted

[00:12:52] Jen Gilchrist: Absolutely. Self-acceptance, self-love, right? All of that is kind of at the core. Yeah. Of just giving yourself a little grace. Right. And sometimes we’re so hard on ourselves compared to how we are to other people. I think, you know, it’s like we can remind ourselves, we would be so much more, more gentle with other people than we are with ourselves.

And sometimes we can look at it like that. How would we be treating our child or a friend versus how are you treating yourself right now?

[00:13:14] Sarah: Yeah, absolutely. I, I just, um, a, a lot of my, uh, I guess self-love coming back to me was the inner critic. Like for me was my, like my, so I look at it and go my own worst enemy.

Like seriously? Yes.

[00:13:31] Jen Gilchrist: Perfectionisms real, huh? Yeah.

[00:13:32] Sarah: Yeah. Like details and Yeah, just the judgment to myself and I was like, why are we doing this? So I’ve only just started like really seeing a difference and giving myself permission to cong, like celebrate my wins or give myself permission to be kind and you know, like treat your inner child.

How you would treat your like a child if you brought it into this life. And I was like, oh, okay. That’s [00:14:00] different. But lots of people have to go through it in order to get to where they want to be.

[00:14:04] Jen Gilchrist: I know. And there’s so many different layers of that too, right? Yeah. Like perfection too. Like sometimes giving yourself permission to fail or to mess up, or to not be perfect too.

Because I think a lot of us, you know, it could be different depending on what your upbringing was or why, where that stems back to. But I think at the end of the day, we do have to, to give ourselves permission to not be perfect. I think most people that are successful will say, I’ve had however many quote unquote failed businesses or things going on that, you know, we’re, that’s how you learn.

It’s just, it’s about how you get up and keep moving forward and how you navigate things.

[00:14:34] Sarah: Yeah. You know? Absolutely. Um. So you mentioned working with your angels, archangels, and spirit guides. How can someone new to the practice begin building a relationship with these divine energies?

[00:14:47] Jen Gilchrist: Oh, I love that question.

Yeah, that’s really great. Just start, well, first I wanna preface it by everybody has spiritual gifts because I think I get that question a lot. Like, do I have gifts or I don’t think I have gifts. You know, I really, you know, we all have gifts. I like to mention. To, to describe your intuition is, you know, we all, I think people in your community that are gonna agree, we, I have a soul.

I can get on board. I have a soul, I have a higher self, or I have a soul. And that is a limitless and eternal, and we’re all human. Right? So the intuition is really just the communication, the, the conscious awareness, communication, and translation between your higher self, your soul mm-hmm. And who you are, right?

It’s housed in our chakra system. We all have ’em. And that’s where we also then that line of. We have cultivating that intuition ability to discern the unseen is how we communicate with our spirit guides. Now how you, so just knowing that you have the gifts and you can cultivate them like a muscle, I think that’s important to realize.

First and foremost, I, I personally think a little bit of meditation and I know a lot of people I know, myself included, will say, I can’t meditate. My mind’s too busy, but. You really can train it and it doesn’t have to be long or perfect or quiet. Perfect ohms with nothing in your mind. It’s just about getting present and getting still and not having your energy too far in the future or the past, but [00:16:00] instead just giving a little time to just focus on the breath being present in nature.

Like that’s a great place to start. ’cause that’s where you start to open that portal way to here. And then from there I say, the first thing you do is you ask, right? Yeah. And I think that’s a big thing people forget. Yeah. Is you just ask your angels and guides. And this is really where I started, is asking, each day you can start with, you know, what message do I need to know today?

You can ask your soul, your higher self. You can ask your angel or guide or universe directly, whatever you’re most comfortable with. But asking the question your, your intuition works off of open-ended questions. So not so much like, should I do this or that? Because your guides won’t take your free will of choice away from you.

Hmm, but what can I do to align with my highest path today? What can I do that will bring me most joy? What can I do to feel more peace? Like whatever it is that you’re wanting to know, what message does my soul, today is just a great question to start to open up the channel, but you can also direct it more towards if you’re working on a project, something more specific.

Like, what can I do to get my [00:17:00] podcast going? You know, like, what’s my next step to do? Right? And so you just start to ask those questions, like in the habit of that. And then if you just give yourself. A few minutes after to be quiet in response and just be open without having to direct the answer at all.

Just be open to receive what kinds of thoughts, feelings, ideas, or visions you get. You’ll start to notice the one or two steps at a time. It’ll be a little inkling or a nudge or a idea or an inspiration. And I think the problem is sometimes people either disregard that, you know, they don’t think, oh, that’s not what my intuition is, or that’s just a thought.

Or they get it and then they don’t take the action. So it’s really important that we ask, be quiet to receive. And then we just take the one or two steps, and they’re typically gonna be simple. Pretty simple. Sometimes we’re gonna stretch our comfort zone. Yeah. But one or two steps at a time. It’s not like they’re gonna give us this roadmap, which would be great.

You know, I think some people are waiting for that. I’ll do my purpose work. I have like a big roadmap where it’s every step is all laid out and it’s perfect and I can’t fail. And it’s like [00:18:00] I got it all, but it’s like, no, we’re gonna make you grow through it. So it’s kind of like just one, one or two steps at a time.

Yeah. You know, and you’ll get your answers. And then more steps will come. But if we don’t take the steps, then more, then oftentimes we’ll feel stuck because we’re wanting a more sure of a thing. And that’s just not, not really how it goes. It’s just take the step, get a little bit more, take a step, get a little bit more,

[00:18:20] Sarah: yeah.

Get a big vision, take step. I also found, um, on my journey when I was trying to open up my channel exactly like what you mentioned, I thought the road, they were gonna give me a roadmap. And then when I realized, I was like, oh, I can’t hear them. You know? And then. I was in my head about not being able to hear them, and then finally I just put my pen to paper and I just started like doing automatic writing and I was like, that’s how you’re communicating with me.

Okay. This is awesome. So yeah, I love that there’s so many different ways on. Yes. Collaborating with your I, I do that too.

[00:18:52] Jen Gilchrist: Like I usually just write like a Q, like I’ll still do that sometimes, you know, put a little Q and then write the question out and then a, and then just, yeah, don’t think, just write, you know, it’s amazing what will start to come.

[00:19:02] Sarah: Yeah, I love that. Absolutely. And then I, um, started using the pendulum a little bit just to kind of get double confirmation.

[00:19:09] Jen Gilchrist: Right. And Oracle cards is another, another way. I think Oracle Cards can be another way to start to connect your intuition and also, so like you said, get a little validation or confirmation about what you already know.

And I think when you start using Oracle cards or pendulum or any of the spiritual tools, it’s um, you’re really just. Validating what you already know. And sometimes that’s okay. I think we need to have that in the beginning, you know, to kind of steer us and give us that. Absolutely.

[00:19:31] Sarah: I think that’s very important for the beginning.

And then, I mean, it will, you start to trust yourself, like you said, it’s a muscle, right? So yeah. You start to trust yourself and you feel so much better afterwards. Um, okay, so soul contracts and ascension journey are fascinating topics. Can you explain what they are and how an. How understanding them can help people align with their purpose.

[00:19:56] Jen Gilchrist: Soul contracts. And what was the other thing you said?

[00:19:58] Sarah: Uh, soul contracts and

[00:20:00] Jen Gilchrist: the ascension journey. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Okay. So, okay, we’ll start with, because they’re, they can, they overlap a lot, but then there’s also I think some on both. So I think like with soul contracts, I think what’s is, you know, we can have soul contracts or unconscious healing agreements or playing out karmic patterns with people.

You know, those are all kind of fall in a similar category and really they’re just. We can have positive ones like you, you know, you and I have a, a level of a soul agreement most likely being here doing this, even if it’s short term for one, one day, my students or the people that are in your community, right?

You have ’em with teachers, with family that you incarnate with. You know, we have positive soul agreements. And then sometimes we’ll notice the ones that are like repeating patterns, right? And those are usually the ones that sometimes are part of our soul’s journey and growth. And so. I think there’s, the hu an important piece of being able to start to be neutral.

Like to not, um, I guess neutral is a good way to put it, right? You wanna be able to start to become aware mm-hmm. Of a pattern. Or a repeating cycle or something that’s out of balance within a relationship with somebody, because awareness is always gonna be the first stop. Right? And then it’s about, ’cause this is about your own inner healing path, which is a part of your ascension journey.

It’s about looking at how do I evolve my soul and move through and transform things that were maybe previously a limitation for me. I think a lot of us are also coming in clearing a lot of ancestral line patterns that are coming through as well, right? So it’s usually repeating throughout the family a lot of times.

So the first step is awareness. Being aware of something, an agreement, a pattern, or what have, what have you. Then it’s about having, I like to, you know, then it’s about realizing that self-responsibility is your personal power. Yes. Right? It’s about recognizing that we can, we’re blaming people. My aunt used to always say, if you’re pointing the finger that way, there’s three back at you.

Right. And so it’s kind of like that, using the world as a mirror to recognize, ah. Okay. I’m not a victim to you, because that’s actually empowering. It’s less empowering to be like, you did this to me, or the government did this, or, you know, we can’t, no, we’re not gonna ever be able to have everybody pleasing [00:22:00] us perfectly.

Right? Yeah. So if, so, it’s about taking your power back and going, huh, okay. I don’t really like how this is feeling right now, or, I don’t like this pattern that I’ve been stuck in, so I’m gonna take my power back ’cause I know I can create my reality and I’m gonna look at this neutrally in a non-judgmental way and just kind of be neutral to being the observer really, and realizing that you have the ability.

To change it, right? If you don’t like where you’re heading or what’s happening, we can change it. So one’s awareness, self responsibility, and it’s your neutral point. Mm-hmm. And then you start to get to the root cause of the feeling or situation. So you start to identify what’s really going on here. You start, that’s really where you start to do the inner shadow work or the deeper healing work of kind of getting to the core wounding or whatever could be going on.

And then it’s a decision. To change it, you have to have, make a, have the courage to really make a new choice in order to break that pattern or habit. Yeah. You have to have a new point of alignment. You have to start to do something a little differently to seal that shift in. And so those are kind of like four steps that I look at when it comes to sole contracts and agreements because.[00:23:00]

Most of the time, you know, like I said, we have lots of positive soul contracts as well. Mm-hmm. But the ones that get us, give us a little trouble are the ones that we’re kind of have a blind spot around or feel victimized in or feel powerless within. And so it’s really about just having the awareness, taking your power, getting to the core and how can I align?

With more integrity to myself, because a lot of times there’s an act of either self betrayal within it or feeling, you know, a little bit where we’re giving our power away in some way. And so that’s really the opportunity of transformation. And in that moment, actually that person’s the catalyst to your biggest expansion on your, on your ascension journey.

Right? And so I think that’s, that has so much to do with the deeper. Inner work that’s going on. So I think that that’s how I, how I would look at sole contracts. Does that make sense? Yeah, absolutely.

[00:23:45] Sarah: Totally agree.

[00:23:47] Jen Gilchrist: Yeah. And then the ascension as journey. Yeah. So the ascension journey. You know, I love the ascension journey.

That’s part of it, right? Part of it’s evolving, our soul, expanding through some of these things. It doesn’t have to always be hard to argue, I think, in the beginning, [00:24:00] because when you don’t have tools, it can be overwhelming, right? When you start to learn tools and have support and in conversations like this, and you know you’re in communities that could help be that mirror to help you.

Mm-hmm. It gets easier and easier. Um, but the ascension journey, I like to look at it. Um, there’s so many different ways we can talk about this, but. It’s about integrating your higher self with your human self, right? The 3D to the five D, you hear that a lot. Part of it is that we are, we are evolving our soul forward.

We’re all in our own individual soul’s path journey, and then some of us are here. I feel like you and like many of people in your community, probably, and in my community as well, also feel called to be of service to the world in some way. You don’t have to be like we, our whole soul’s journey right here is being of service to the whole.

As we do our inner work, we are affecting the whole, and then some of us are also feeling called to have a hijab or a business or be. You know, in some way, a little bit more vocal and about it, right? Sharing your message, a book story [00:25:00] coaching or whatever. But also being in the mainstream. I think that’s also what’s exciting as we start to get more conscious of where people and school systems teaching are in the government.

You know, that’s exciting as well. So I think that our soul’s journey is really about aligning with more of who we truly are. In its simplest form, we all are. All of our sole purpose is about aligning, embodying, and expressing. The highest truth of who we are as a, as a divine being. Mm-hmm. And if we do that in our life, our business, our relationships.

That’s the journey. It’s just sometimes we hit these things where we’re like, oh, I can’t be myself because I won’t be liked. Right? Yeah. That’s part of that inner healing. Or, oh, somebody’s going to judge me for that. Or, oh, what if I fail at this? Like, this is where the fear things start to, to kind of get in a, um, come up for us really as a reflection.

But that’s part of the transformation and every time we transform through something, we embody even more confidence, more alignment, you know, the road instead of, I remember when I first started my journey, it was like. Well pre, pre awakening, man, my goodness. Like life was just up and down, up and down, up and down.

And I look at [00:26:00] things that I deal with now. They would’ve derailed me for months or years, you know? Now it’s like I can move through. It’s like rolling hills, like, oh, I, I know how to deal with this. Or, oh, I can even proactively kind of avoid that. But it’s not about avoiding things. ’cause the contrast happens sometimes.

That’s part of our catalyst. And so it’s about knowing and learning the tools and having the support too. Get yourself through, right? Yeah. And so I think as we evolve in our ascension journey, you know, we’re on an energy level. You start to become more connected to your, to your intuition, your, your intuition is no longer something that you can only attain periodically.

When you’re listening to a meditation, it becomes really the driver. You start to see the ego and the mind start to take a backseat in your higher self, be able to be more present as you’re walking through your day. Your vibration gets higher in frequency, you start to feel happier, more aligned, more miracles, more synchronicities like.

Those are all signposts that like, oh, I’m, I’m on my path and I’m, I am aligned and I am getting more integrated and, um, embodied really with my higher self [00:27:00] energy. And so it’s really that merging of your higher self and the physical that is our ascension journey that we’re bringing forward. And as we do that for ourselves, it creates a ripple effect.

For those around us as well, whether we speak to them or not. Many of us will be called to. Yeah. But energetically we’re starting to shift the energy and the energy of the planet’s becoming more crystal and as well, like the energy of the planet planet’s raising. So that means we’re being forced to raise.

And that’s why we’re seeing so much like everybody’s like getting, you know, there’s a lot of triggers happening in the world and lot, lot that have been happening over the last several years, and that will continue to happen. But it’s all about breaking down the faulty foundation of the ego. It’s like a collective.

Awakening like a collective dark knight of soul, essentially, right? But it needed to happen. It needs to happen. But it’s, it’s kind of intense, right? Mm-hmm. Sometimes just like your own journey was kind of intense, but as we’re going through that, it’s actually also very exciting because we’re exciting.

We’re expanding into new levels of, of ability, of being able to be just completely tapped into [00:28:00] our spiritual gifts, into having that foresight into, you know, being sovereign. In our ability to consciously create and, um, heal ourselves also. I mean, your healing energy increases, your manifestations come quicker.

You know, it’s very exciting and fun, I think all the way around.

[00:28:16] Sarah: Oh, I totally agree. And also on that note, um, going through the ascension is also part of being in alignment, right? Like, um, and that was so exciting for me because I started to see on various different, um, times of my path. When I was in alignment and when I wasn’t in alignment and I was like, oh, wow.

And you can feel it within, you know, your body as well as, you know, just being in alignment with God caught, you know, or. Divinity. Yeah. Or your soul’s path, your higher self. It’s beautiful. It’s

[00:28:48] Jen Gilchrist: like you’re on a magic carpet ride sometimes, right? It’s like, it’s like you feel like you’re like, Ooh, like this.

We like all the magical and this, and then all of the miracles start popping and the synchronicities start happening. You know, we’re all, you know, I think, you know, we might be [00:29:00] tapping into that flow, but then we can stabilize that more, more consistently. But then knowing that we’re always gonna ebb and flow a little bit.

’cause that’s just part of transformation.

[00:29:07] Sarah: Yeah, exactly. Um, and also. Uh, the balancing I feel as well with the masculine energy within us and the feminine energy within us because I mean, I’ve spent years in my masculine where I was in flight and fight mode and you know, when you drop into your feminine and have that balance, like what you mentioned, you know, traveling to, um, with the dolphins, you know, you’ve got that ebb and flow and you’ve also doing the action side of your business, which is very, very important for Ascension, I feel as well.

[00:29:39] Jen Gilchrist: Absolutely. That’s a huge part of it, right? Yeah. Because I think that we have been living disconnected from our feminine side. Every person, in case there’s anybody watching every, all of us have divine, masculine and feminine energy within us, right? And our ascension journey is about bringing that balance and bringing it to the exalt.

It’s. Day. So we’re shifting out of the roles and the patterns and the conditions and all the things that are rooted in fear or [00:30:00] limitation that aren’t really true. The suppression right in that way. Mm-hmm. And as we’re doing that, we’re merging and we’re being able to be more fluid because we really do need both.

Right. On the exalted state, our intuition, our feminine energies, that intuitive, creative, inspired ideas. Mm-hmm. And the masculine, we still need, because that is actually our confidence. It’s our, it’s being in our power. It’s the motivation. It’s the action taker. It’s the action. Yeah. Right. We can channel the book as feminine, but to get it published.

There’s a lot of masculine energy involved in that too. Exactly. Right. Getting it written, finding the publisher, doing the marketing, like, you know, there’s, there’s both, but it’s like, I think the difference is, is we’re being intuitively led with. Our intuitive side is guiding and, and actually inspiring the action versus having it either be separate or this dormant and just having to push, push, push, work really hard and you know, ’cause the imbalance side of the masculine is definitely, burnout is definitely trying to force something or control.

Yeah. Right. And so we’re being forced into so much surrender, I think for sure. But then there’s the imbalance side of the feminine as well, which I know in the, in the spiritual [00:31:00] community can sometimes be. Where you’re super creative, but you’re up here, you’re not grounded in your body. Right. So I think grounding into your body Yeah.

Is another huge piece of the ascension journey. Because sometimes you know people, well sometimes if they don’t know what that, if you haven’t really felt that shift viscerally, it’ll be like, what do you mean I’m not grounded in my body? Of course, I’m like, most people aren’t. Yeah. Sensitive people are up here, you know, because we’re up here.

But when we are expanding our ascension, we’re raising our vibration and opening up. To our spiritual side, but we have to ground it and integrate it into the physical before we can expand again, and then we integrate, absolutely expand and integrate. Otherwise you can be, you know, too much enough in in the feminine and kind of rejecting the masculine if there’s wounding there as well.

Mm-hmm. Which can still cause problems because then you’re not able to take action on your ideas. That’s when you have full business program plans in your mind. It never gets launched. You know what I mean? Yes. Like sometimes that can happen as well. And so, yeah, I’ve been on both sides. Yeah. I was like, my started out total masculine energy, having to be the caretaker [00:32:00] doing all the things, and then I went, you know, with this side it’s like, oh, this feels so good.

And it’s like, yeah, but you gotta move through all of that, you know? Yeah. Inter interfere in order to take action. Basically, would you be

[00:32:12] Sarah: able to share with the viewers, um, a bit about grounding, like what are some grounding tools that they can use to kind of stabilize this?

[00:32:21] Jen Gilchrist: Yeah, I think well. First of all, there are, you know, just first of all, just recognizing when you’re not grounded.

So again, I think always awareness is the biggest key. So one of the things you can do is just kind of recognizing when you’re not grounded, what that could look like. Mm-hmm. Frazzled, scattered, thinking a million miles a minute, you know, forgetting things like that kind of, uh, frazzling energy is kind of how it could manifest being in your head in the future.

Oh, I’ve got this to do. I’ve got that to do. Anxiousness and really thinking into the future, even if it’s just your to-do list for the week, always just kind of ahead of yourself. Your power is in the present moment, and when you’re in a present moment, you’re likely grounded. And when you’re not in a present moment, you’re likely not [00:33:00] grounded.

Yes, and then the alternate could be if you’re in the past, ruminating, being angry, feeling shame, wishing something was different. Either way, when your attention is forward or back too far or too long. Call your awareness back. Try to, you know, let that go and just kind of just come back and even just focusing on the body and the breath.

Your body is always in the present moment, right? It can’t be in different time. Pets, you know, this is why animals can be so healing. They’re present nature. Present. So if you could take a walk in nature and just think, what can I see? What can I smell, what can I feel? You know, using your senses of, of like, what am I seeing?

You know, that again brings your mind to the present. So when you’re present mm-hmm. You’re actually starting to get more grounded into your body. Now I definitely teach more extensive grounding type tools, but I think your body and your breath is a great place to start. Kind of going back to the TLC body meditation.

That’s a really simple tool. I love the acronym ’cause it’s like tl, like Tinder Loving Care to ourselves. Yeah, exactly. [00:34:00] But it’s also easy to remember. I can tell you when I was doing hair. Uh, before I got my spiritual business really going off the ground, I would go into the bathroom many times and like, I need a quick TLC break and like, you know, go there and just like, find my center for a second, like family gatherings or big events.

You know, sometimes you just gotta get yourself Yeah. Tune in by yourself. Yeah. Yeah. And so the TLC is just like, can you just ground close your eyes and just focus on your breath because your breath is present. So just, if you’re not focusing on anything else, just fill the rise and ball of your chest.

Kind of getting grounded there. You can imagine a golden beam of light or a tree or a waterfall if you’d like, from your root of your spine all the way into the core of the earth. Like that is a a way to ground. But I think holding onto something more viscerally of just like really being present with where you’re focusing, your mind starts to train your mind to be present.

’cause it can be like a ping pong match in the beginning. Oh yeah. Absolutely. I’m thinking, I’m not thinking, I’m thinking, I’m not thinking I’m surrendering the thought. I’m back here. Right. It’s not about being perfectly like. Nothing. Yes, but it is about noticing where you’re at. [00:35:00] And so that’s like a first step I think is just getting grounded and present and doing things that can do that for you.

Like exercise for some people running, I think some people who love running or walking, you know, for them they may not know or call it that, but it could be a meditative experience for them or you could be in your head, right? So it’s not necessarily, but it depends on what you’re doing with it. So can you just be present and mindful?

You could be mindful doing dishes if you wanted, but the TLC um, meditation is really about bringing your awareness to your. Body.

[00:35:29] Sarah: Mm-hmm. And so

[00:35:30] Jen Gilchrist: when you do that, like the, like one way you could do it is if you’re feeling, say maybe you catch yourself, I’m in the future anxious and I want more peace. I’m worried about something, or I’m really frustrated.

You know, either way you’re feeling something that, you know, you wanna release the TLC, you just meditate by meditate, like breathing into your body. And they’re just asking like, where is this anger rooted in my body? Where is this pan? Uh, anxiety in my body? And just. You know, without thinking, you’re just feeling and just notice where you’re drawn.

If you can [00:36:00] place your hands there. Our hands are natural healers, but it’s just also about placing in the awareness there. Absolutely. So you place, place the awareness there, it starts to dissipate. And when you do that, you’re getting grounded and present. And from there, the L is listen. So then you start to ask, well what can I do if you’re wanna leave anxiety?

Where’s the anxiety? Okay, I’m filling it here, I’m filling it in my solar place. Okay. Sending it love. Well, what can I do to bring more peace? What can I do to release this anxiety? Or you can ask, why is this anxiety or this feeling in my body trying to tell me? Right? Because if we’re feeling something that’s intense, we’re trying to get our attention.

Absolutely. So I wanna give it a time to talk, right? And just notice, well, what is this? What is, what are you here for? What do you have to teach me? How can I bring you more imbalance? And that’s where you wanna talk and listen. Talk and listen. Yes. And then the last question is, well, what can I do to bring.

What kind of actual action step can I do to bring this into alignment? And then again, listen. But then the C is commit to what the action is like. Yes, most of the time it’s gonna be [00:37:00] simple. Go take a quick five minute in the sun, take a drink of water, stretch, go take a walk. Like it’s often very simple just to shift you back out of whatever spin you’re in.

Yes. To get right here. And that right there is a simple practice. I think everyone can, you know, easily remember and start to utilize anytime, anywhere that can start to. Help you feel more in control of how you’re feeling.

[00:37:23] Sarah: Yeah. That’s a really beautiful method. Thank you for sharing that with us. Yeah, yeah.

Um, okay. So a big part of your work is helping people release energetic blocks. Uh, what are com, what are some common blocks you see and how do you guide your clients to clear them? Well,

[00:37:43] Jen Gilchrist: I tend to work with a lot of highly sensitive and empathic people, and I feel like there’s a lot of like common themes that happen.

One of ’em is the, the voice, the chakra, the throat, chara speaking your truth, having boundaries. Sometimes the patterns that I see a lot are giving more than we’re receiving to a, to a degree. Like maybe you’ve had [00:38:00] relationships where you’re giving a lot more than you’re receiving, and if that happens.

Just big one. Yeah. And you start to feel like a martyr or a victim, or you start to feel frustrated or resentful or burnt out, right? Yeah. Or unappreciated. Like those kinds of things will start to happen. But also like if you take that into your business, if you have that pattern in your life and it’s not cleared up, by the time you go into business, you’ll have trouble asking for money.

You’ll have trouble receiving clients, you’ll have trouble. Seeing your, your value as well. Because again, it’s about, oh, now I’ve got the client who wants an hour and a half and they paid for an hour. Right? So then you’re being called into a boundary lesson there. So what I’ve noticed is that my spiritual work will help catch anything that I have missed.

So if I start getting the reflection back of like something that’s not, I. Now working well for me that I always try to look at, okay, what’s my point of power? What, what I did? Yeah. Awareness. What’s my point of responsibility? What’s the mirror for me? What is the root? Let’s move this so that I can shift my reality here.

Yeah, absolutely. Right. Because it coming in into teach, right? So I think overgiving giving more than you’re receiving. I think having, uh, [00:39:00] avoiding confrontation. A lot of times the throat chakra has a lot of things. So it’s about having a hard time either standing your ground, speaking your truth. Yeah.

[00:39:08] Sarah: Um,

[00:39:09] Jen Gilchrist: being in your power or just like shrinking and staying small.

So visibility, being visible or seen has a lot to do with, I think, uh, the throat chakra kind of blockages around there in different ways. Feeling safe to be heard. You know, I grew up in a household where there was a lot of fighting and arguing, so I just wanted to like walk on eggshells and not accidentally start anything.

And then I had cycles of unhealthy relationships. Then it wasn’t safe to do that. So then it goes into my business and it’s like, oh, now I’m trying to share my message, but nobody’s hearing me. Right? And so you have to really clean those things up. And then when you do that, oh, guess what? I feel safer to be seen now.

Now I’m attracting more people. I’m getting a podcast. You know, like those things start to open up. It’s very interesting to watch how that. Moves through where sometimes you may not realize. Yeah, yeah. Um, so I think that it’s, that’s, those are a lot of, and then trusting self is a huge one. Standing in your power, really trusting yourself, not having [00:40:00] doubt.

I think a lot of people have a lot of fear about using their gifts, or at least in my circle, I have a lot of people who have either had other lifetimes or, um, maybe grown up in a more religious setting or something that makes them feel like they’re afraid of their gifts or trusting their gifts or that it’s okay to access their gifts.

Um, I think. I’m not sure if your a audience residence was like atlantian times and things like that, but there’s a lot around p being like where there’s abuse of power and things like that. I feel like that’s starting to come up a lot. Yeah. Having to kind of heal and not be afraid of your power for whatever reason.

And so I think those are some major themes that I see happening. And then I think the energy overwhelm, you know, sometimes like the foot on the pedal and brake can happen for people that are actually wanting to show up, shine their light, share their gifts, um. It’s like, well, I want more clients, but, but you won’t let it happen if you don’t have good energetic boundaries.

So what I’ve noticed is like boundaries and relationships, right? Having a boundary in a relationship, like it’s everything starts [00:41:00] as energy and moves into form. And so usually there’s leaky energy boundaries translates into not having good boundaries also with people.

[00:41:08] Sarah: Yes.

[00:41:08] Jen Gilchrist: Right. In life, standing your ground.

And so I think learning energetic boundary tools was the, was a huge, huge thing for me to then. Be able to be seen more and be heard more and feel safe speaking my truth, because I wasn’t taking the energetic kind of whacking or feeling the energetic of, oh, they’re gonna be mad at me, or, oh, they’re gonna judge me.

Yes. Instead, it was like, no, I can still be here and who I am authentically expressed and it’s just gonna wash right by, or not even really affect me. And it’s okay because not everybody has to love me, for me to love myself. And I think. You may have tapped on this in the beginning, but the self-love journey is kind of at the core of it all.

Absolutely. ’cause we have to have, you know, the judgment and the competition and the comparison that’ll, that’s always, you know, gonna be the damper of dreams. Right. And so it’s, at the end of the day, we have to be okay not needing other people’s approval.

[00:41:57] Sarah: Yes,

[00:41:57] Jen Gilchrist: to love ourselves and to accept ourselves. And when we do that, [00:42:00] all of these things start to become easier.

But I think all those things kind of like intermingle, like different spokes of the tire. And so that’s our ascension journey. It’s not gonna happen overnight, and it doesn’t have to all happen and be perfect before you find success or happiness. Yes. It’s just that each nugget of the way you start to notice like, oh.

I can see, like I can see when I’ve had a big energetic shift because I would watch myself get stuck for a long time. Like, oh, I could only have like eight or nine people in my programs like that was it? Or a hundred people on a webinar. You know, like I’d have my limits. And then as soon as I’d be doing some energy work or some clearing of like standing my ground, it’s like the next one goes, oh, I got doubled.

And like, okay, now I feel safer to be a little bit more seen. I’ve got stronger energy boundaries. I’m stronger in my voice and my conviction and, and I trust myself. More. Right? So all of them start to work together, and then you’ll start to see the outer results of how people interact with you and how you interact with the world differently.

[00:42:51] Sarah: Yeah, absolutely. Um, and when you said you have these energetic tools, um, can you share or [00:43:00] elaborate on what those energetic tools would be?

[00:43:03] Jen Gilchrist: Yeah, I, well, I teach a course. It’s a whole, the, the energetic mastery tools is what I use. It’s not the only tools out there, but I, so I, I work with two different types of energy healings like I do.

Uh, two have some types of meditations, I should say. Okay. One of ’em would be like. You know, doing the deeper healing work. So it might be like high vibrational light language or high vibrational activations or healing energy, right? Sometimes you leave your body because you’re clearing and you’re healing, but it’s, it’s something that you’re doing as a, usually as a healing or an awakening type tool.

Yes. But you don’t live in that energy. You just experience that and then you ground back into your field. But the, what I’m speaking to mostly on your show today is about embodied, what I call embodied meditation. Yes. Which is about how do I integrate my soul into my body, into my being and ground fully and catalyze and work with the earth.

And so I teach a series of six tools that has to do with grounding. Really deeply into the core of the earth, working with the earth and the universal energies as a way [00:44:00] to energetically flush mm-hmm. Your field. Mm-hmm. Creating more space for you. And then about embodying your higher divinity throughout your field.

So now you’ve moved everybody else’s energy out, you’ve tri, moved out your own triggers and fears, and so now you’re embodying more of your energy. And then I teach a crystal and silhouette tool, which sort of helps too. Not like in a protection tool. ’cause that’ll close you off too. Yeah. If you have to protect yourself too much, that fear-based protection tools can kind of work against you if you’re not careful.

So this is really working with your pillar of light as a way to raise your frequency so that lower based energies just kind of dissolve and don’t even come in to begin with. And so I work with a series of tools. Yeah, it’s like working with a, yeah, a crystalline shield. Uh, I work with, yeah. So I work those series of six tools as like a daily routine.

And it’s not just about a meditation that you can do and feel good while you’re doing it. It’s about how do you walk through life grounded, embodied, and connected and elevated. Absolutely. And that’s really your ascension journey in a nutshell too. It’s training. It’s really training you to optimally walk around.

And that higher connected frequency above and [00:45:00] below that makes sense. And so that’s, that’s really how I work with, with those kinds of tools, which is really in and of itself very life changing for people. For sure.

[00:45:09] Sarah: Absolutely. Yes. I, um, I also work with similar tools, uh, to kind of shift my energy and.

Clear and protect my energy as well. Um, yeah, so,

[00:45:21] Jen Gilchrist: so key, especially for sensitives, because then you don’t realize that that is a lot of why we’re shrinking. Like I think that’s a lot of why I was afraid to, to share my oral report in school because I was feeling all the judgment, energy. I was like, you know, I left my body know Absolutely not being able to, to deal with it.

Yeah.

[00:45:38] Sarah: My, um, I think one of, uh, one, one of my past lives and ancestral traumas is opening my voice. Right. And mm-hmm. Um, as a female in my lineage, it was all about, um. Not being able to speak because the masculine in the family would be, you know, the, the control, the [00:46:00] provider, the protector, but the female was not allowed to speak at all.

So to be able to open my heart and have my benevolent ancestors actually help me to open my voice and even get on podcasts or, um, sometimes I have to go to Toastmaster just to kind of get my. Confidence in speaking. That’s great. That’s game changer for me as well, because I needed to really sit down and understand what was happening with my.

Ancestors or the generational curse breaker, I would say, and then transmute it. Um, and it applies action. It doesn’t just overnight go, oh, here you go, you’ve got this. It doesn’t work like that unfortunately. You know, like you do have to do the steps, you do have to do the work. And the energy healing has actually helped me a lot to connect with like Mother Mary and open up my, you know, vocal chords and, um, yeah, still working in progress, but.

I’m here. [00:47:00]

[00:47:01] Jen Gilchrist: It always is. And it’s so true. Like you have to take, that’s like the action piece. You have to, because that’s how it anchors in, into a new habit. Otherwise you just regress back into the same Absolutely. Limit. So, great job, Toastmasters. That’s, that takes a lot of courage. Yeah. I mean, that’s amazing.

That’s good job. And I love that you brought up Mother Mary. I just, that was my, my workshop actually. It’s releasing well in real time tomorrow. Oh, that’s, I just channeled a message, a workshop with, with Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene and um. Anna, mother of ge, grandmother of Jesus, which I’d never done, like the three of them came through in this Trinity.

That’s really powerful. Yeah. Oh my God, that’s amazing. And there’s a lot about the heart and a voice, and that’s why I reminded like, oh, I’m getting similar. You know, different but similar. I’d be

[00:47:37] Sarah: interested in your workshop. Definitely.

[00:47:40] Jen Gilchrist: Yeah. I just thought of a, I was like, oh, that’s so cool that she’s getting the same.

And I think it’s true. There’s a lot around, I think. The masculine, you know, fa or even father knows Beth, children are to be seen, not heard, you know, the decision makers. You know, that’s a big one. I think that’s a huge collective one. I mean, many of us, I think, are working through different layers of that with our ancestral line for [00:48:00] sure.

[00:48:00] Sarah: Yeah. And that takes, and the judgment side of things, I think, um, I was my biggest judge. Like I, I was the one that was judging myself a lot. Yeah. And then I realized that, okay, it does actually come from my family lineage. And then I was like. Okay. Something’s gotta give here. Needs to break, the cord needs to cut.

[00:48:20] Jen Gilchrist: Yes.

[00:48:21] Sarah: Good job.

[00:48:21] Jen Gilchrist: It takes courage to do that, right?

[00:48:23] Sarah: It does. Lots and lots of courage like, and I feel like sometimes in the morning I’ll get up and I’ll be like. Mother Mary, Jesus, I need strength today. I need courage today. Light my path. You know, like do something. I love that. Yeah. Most of the time they do.

So unless it’s a lesson that I need to learn,

[00:48:48] Jen Gilchrist: well then it gets front and center, right? Yeah. Right. Then you get to say, oh, thank you. Yeah. Got it. What’s my opportunity of transformation for this one? Let’s do that now. Yes. I like to, that’s [00:49:00] actually one of my favorite affirmations is like, yeah, give me loud, clear signs I can easily understand, and the confidence and courage to act on them, because yeah, sometimes we need to have that extra, you know, oomph, oomph.

And I, yeah, and I think that knowing you’re not alone, like for me, that took a lot of pressure off for me, knowing that I didn’t have to figure it all out. I just had to be able to tap into my guides and take the steps. Together. You know what I mean? Like, it’s like one or two steps at a time. They would come.

And it’s not that it’s for the faint of heart, but it’s, to me, it’s actually easier than the alternative of staying blind eye to things and in things that are totally agree. Totally in self betrayal and soul. In my soul in a way that feels just ugh, you know, that I didn’t know I was doing before. You know?

So I think, you know, it’s easier in some ways, but it’s still, it still takes courage, period. Yeah, it does. And it takes work.

[00:49:47] Sarah: It does. It takes work. I mean, you’ve, and you’ve gotta really trust yourself as well. I think that’s the biggest, um, everyone’s, you know, like you’re, you’re doing your best and you are getting yourself out there and you’re doing the work, but you really need to [00:50:00] trust, you really need to trust yourself.

You need to trust your, even your spiritual team. Um, and that comes with the discernment as well, the discernment piece, which, um, sure. I mean the process of, process of maybe mastering discern at the moment. Yeah. That’s exciting. Yeah, it’s exciting. Absolutely. Okay. Um, so Jen, I have, uh, last two or two questions if I can.

Um, what you work with spiritual entrepreneurs, what’s the biggest mindset shift required to confidently and easily, easily step into their soul aligned business? It’s probably one for me. For me that

[00:50:37] Jen Gilchrist: is big, right? I think, I mean, well, I think we’ve talked about a lot different ones because I think for different people are gonna have different versions of this, but I think it comes down to ultimately.

Trusting yourself and know that you’re already inherently worthy. I think so often there’s a lot of limitations around, like, either I have to, I’m not good enough yet, or, you know, I have to get this or that. Like, if they don’t, being willing to know that you are value, uh, you have a [00:51:00] lot of value to give right now.

Okay. We can always learn and know more. There’s somebody who like, I like to look at it like you’re a fourth grader and you’re a second grader, right? You have something you can teach. You’re gonna move to sixth grade and they’re gonna move to fourth grade maybe. But you, you know what I mean? It’s like we’re all growing and learning together.

We have mentors that are always helping us grow and vice versa. So you have gifts to share right now that can help a lot of people, so and so. Yes. It’s about just having that courage and confidence to just to go for it and to, I think we, you know, we tapped on a lot of the little things about how, what would stop them, which is absolutely their fear and the trust and all the things, but I think you just have to know that.

You. This isn’t your first rodeo. If you’re here and you’re here to be of service, you’ve got lots of lifetimes of information up there you can tap into. And so, and you’re not alone in it, so just go with it. Go one at a time. I always like to say, you know, when your actions and your intuition or your actions and your soul’s voice are aligned, that’s when success happens, right?

Totally agree. Those things need to be, you know, in sync together, and that’s something that I think we can all [00:52:00] do if we just take the pressure off of having to be perfect. Yes. And know that we don’t have to have it all figured out before we start. Yes. You just keep going. And then the, the path opens and it keeps opening and it keeps opening, and then it sw twists a little.

Okay. That’s different than I thought. Oh, that’s more than I thought. You know? But it’s like you get more and more, uh, cultivating in that trust muscle to take bigger leaps of faith as you go.

[00:52:19] Sarah: Yeah, just

[00:52:20] Jen Gilchrist: one step at a time.

[00:52:21] Sarah: Okay, perfect. Thank you. And what, um, what does it mean to you to live a con as a conscious creator, and how can listeners start embracing that mindset in their everyday lives?

[00:52:34] Jen Gilchrist: Well, I think, oh boy. Yeah. So living as a conscious creator to me is aligning and embodying and expressing the highest truth of who you are. Right? And that is something that I think is an evolving journey of us getting to know our soul. And I think just recognizing as soon as we recognize, you know, when we’re aligned, embodying next.

Expressing the highest truth of who we are. Sometimes that might look like a boundary. Sometimes that might look like, um, being vulnerable. Sometimes that might look like taking a leap of faith on yourself, [00:53:00] right? So, so it can look like different things, but I think at the end of the day, it has so much to do with knowing that you are a conscious creator and when you can just align, embody, and express the I is truth, that’s your natural.

That is your natural state of being so abundance, joy, peace, freedom, success, and whatever it is for you, because success for you, me, and somebody else is gonna look different. But your highest alignment is always going to bring you the highest level of fulfillment, joy, and abundance. Because that is naturally who you are.

Yeah. And who you’re meant to be. And I think part of that is just recognizing when are you being, um, in a level of self betrayal? When are you allowing. Fear to make a decision versus love or truth, right? When what? Where’s your barometer of how you’re making your decision from? Is it based in fear? Is it based in love?

Right? Is it aligned with your highest truth? Your highest value, right? Are you living in integrity with that? Because you’ll start to notice and feel when we’re not right. Sometimes it’s like as an example, you know, hard for me to leave my. Of my other [00:54:00] job was, you know, I got to point where I was earning great money, six figures.

I was really only working less than 20 hours a week at that point, doing hair and makeup. It was like I could do it with no real effort, you know, especially towards the end. I just figured out how to. Make that work. But it was like, oh, now I’m stepping into this new thing and, oh, I don’t know what I’m doing.

Oh, this is scary. And I, it’s like I had to trust. Like Was that out of fear? Yeah, it was. That was fear of not having enough money. Right. And so I had to start to really learn to surrender trust. But at a certain point that got draining. Even the 10, 12 day hours I got down to, I was working 12 hours, I was still drained, like I was working 40 hours because I was out of alignment, holding on to what seemed safe to me until it was like, okay, let it go.

Okay. You know what I mean? Yeah. So like you’ll start to notice, like to me, like that gap of when you’re out of alignment, the resistance gets bigger and bigger and bigger until it just snaps into a forced redirect. I don’t think the universe smacks us with a two by four. I know what people mean when they say that.

I believe our own fear. We either we listen to the whisper or we don’t, and we have to start to create. And if [00:55:00] we, the more that we don’t listen, the more that we start to then attract kind of a bang. In order to catch our attention to force the change, but get used to hearing the small whispers and taking action then, because if you’re acting in alignment and integrity with who you are to the best of your ability at that time, mm-hmm.

The synchronicity, the joy, the abundance, the miracles are gonna follow.

[00:55:18] Sarah: Yeah, absolutely. Good point.

[00:55:21] Jen Gilchrist: Yeah.

[00:55:21] Sarah: Jen, can you, um, share with us any upcoming programs that you have, um, or how we can reach you, how the viewers can reach you?

Welcome, Jen. Hi. Thank you so much for having me. It’s amazing work you’re doing in the world, and I’m, I’m privileged to be a part of it. Oh, awesome. Thank you. Um, Jen, I just wanted to ask you, can you share a bit about your, uh, journey of stepping into your soul’s purpose? What was the pivotal moment that led you to become [01:01:00] a mentor for intuitive and sensitive women?

[01:01:03] Jen Gilchrist: Yes, absolutely.

And at the time, I, I didn’t have [01:02:00] any tools or awareness about any of these things, like meditation or the things that I know about now.

I needed to figure out what [01:03:00] to, how to do my life different. But I really didn’t have any tools or awareness around it.

And so I didn’t know what else to do at the moment. So I prayed. I’m just like, I just wanna be happy and at peace. Yeah. And so in response to that prayer, my grandfather came to me in a dream and it was so visceral, so real.

It felt like [01:04:00] pretty quickly my angel started talking to me and then I got this psychic greeting, not at the time.

[01:05:00] And so I started that kind of part-time on the side, but it didn’t take off for quite a while for two main reasons.

I, [01:06:00] I’m trying. But people are, you know, my, my business is staying small and so the next thing you know, I was invited to this Client Attraction Summit and I’m like, yes, that’s what I need.

I need to attract more clients. Yeah. Um, I, I’m doing my work, but I’m not being seen.

And then I, but I went and I listened to this conference.

Like I [01:07:00] wasn’t, at that point, I was still running my life off of my other business.

And then later I’m still here, I’m here doing this speaking, sharing my voice and my message with others like you and your community to help others really, you know, [01:08:00] embody their gifts, align with our purpose, embody the fact that they can create the life, say desire, um, and it feels really, really good.

So, oh, absolutely. Hearing that story, I’ve just got goosebumps all over me because I can totally relate. Um, even with this podcast, I, you know, I was tuning in, I had a. Little giggle with my guides as well, and they’re like, you need to do it. Just do it. Just do it. We will provide the rest. Just do it. And I was like, okay.

[01:08:27] Sarah: And what I found is the podcast is actually healing me at the same time to be seen and heard. So it’s, yeah, it’s a bit of a game changer. Isn’t it? True. It’s like I find that my spiritual, growing my spiritual business, I think your first awakening. Because you go from kind of unconscious to conscious, like that’s a big, usually kind of a jolt for people, right?

[01:08:44] Jen Gilchrist: Absolutely. There’s health or relationship or something major, but then growing my spiritual business has been the deepest inner work I’ve done. And you keep and you keep having to do it right, it gets easier ’cause you have more tools, but you almost have to go deeper into leaps of faith. Yeah. So [01:09:00] I totally get it.

[01:09:02] Sarah: Yeah, absolutely. Um, you’ve helped so many women trust their divine guidance. What do you think? Trusting intuition is such a challenge for people. Or sorry. Why do you think, and how do you help them overcome it? Well, I think it can stem back, like there’s so many things, right? It’s gonna be a little bit individual for people, but generally I would say it has sometimes to do with our past.

[01:09:25] Jen Gilchrist: Like, so maybe you’re in a relationship where you’ve been betrayed, you trusted somebody, and they betrayed you, as an example, and then suddenly you have these things where you’ve done things or you’ve done, we made choices.

I, I’m trusting the wrong [01:10:00] people.

But I think that it’s sometimes, [01:11:00] uh, if going back to your past and thinking like, where did these insecurities or lack of confidence or trust in myself begin? And when you start to heal those things, you’ll notice that you’re more liberated to.

Give yourself permission to see yourself where you’re at and then move forward from there. Yeah, and I think self-acceptance is such a big part. Yeah. In like allowing the peace to come through, right? Like you go, okay, yep, that was me back then. I’m not that person now, let’s move forward. And you kind of feel that inner peace cultivating it within you.

[01:11:31] Sarah: Once you have accepted Absolutely.

[01:11:49] Jen Gilchrist: And sometimes we can look at it like that. How would we be treating our child or a friend versus how are you treating yourself right now? Yeah, absolutely. I, I just, um, a, a lot of [01:12:00] my, uh, I guess self-love coming back to me was the inner critic. Like for me was my, like my, so I look at it and go my own worst enemy.

[01:12:10] Sarah: Like seriously? Yes. Perfectionisms real, huh? Yeah. Yeah.

That’s different. But lots of people have to go through it in order to get to where they want to be. I know. And there’s so many different layers of that too, right? Yeah. Like perfection too. Like sometimes giving yourself permission to fail or to mess up, or to not be perfect too.

[01:12:52] Jen Gilchrist: Because I think a lot of us, you know, it could be different depending on what your upbringing was or why, where that stems back to. But I think at the end of the day, we do [01:13:00] have to, to give ourselves permission to not be perfect. I think most people that are successful will say, I’ve had however many quote unquote failed businesses or things going on that, you know, we’re, that’s how you learn.

It’s just, it’s about how you get up and keep moving forward and how you navigate things. Yeah. You know? Absolutely. Um. So you mentioned working with your angels, archangels, and spirit guides. How can someone new to the practice begin building a relationship with these divine energies? Oh, I love that question.

[01:14:00] And who you are, right?

It’s just about getting present and getting still and not having your energy too far in the future or the past, but instead just giving a little time to just focus on the breath being present in nature.

Like that’s a great place to start. ’cause that’s where you start to open that portal way to here. And then from there I say, the first thing you do is you ask, right? Yeah. And I think that’s a big thing people forget. Yeah. Is you just ask your angels and guides. And this is really where I started, is [01:15:00] asking, each day you can start with, you know, what message do I need to know today?

Like, what can I do to get my podcast going? You know, like, what’s my next step to do? Right? And so you just start to ask those questions, like in the habit of that. And then if you just give yourself. A few minutes after to be quiet in response and just be open without having to direct the answer at all.

Just be open to receive what kinds of thoughts, feelings, ideas, or visions you [01:16:00] get.

And it’s like I got it all, but it’s like, no, we’re gonna make you grow through it.

It’s just take the step, get a little bit more, [01:17:00] take a step, get a little bit more, yeah.

[01:17:01] Sarah: Get a big vision, take step.

Like I usually just write like a Q, like I’ll still do that sometimes, you know, put a little Q and then write the question out and then a, and then just, yeah, don’t think, just write, you know, it’s amazing what will start to come.

Yeah, I love that. Absolutely. And then I, um, started using the pendulum a little bit just to kind of get double confirmation. Right. And Oracle cards is another, another way. I think Oracle Cards can be another way to start to connect your intuition and also, so like you said, get a little validation or confirmation about what you already know.

[01:17:59] Jen Gilchrist: And I think when you [01:18:00] start using Oracle cards or pendulum or any of the spiritual tools, it’s um, you’re really just. Validating what you already know. And sometimes that’s okay. I think we need to have that in the beginning, you know, to kind of steer us and give us that. Absolutely. I think that’s very important for the beginning.

[01:18:14] Sarah: And then, I mean, it will, you start to trust yourself, like you said, it’s a muscle, right? So yeah. You start to trust yourself and you feel so much better afterwards. Um, okay, so soul contracts and ascension journey are fascinating topics. Can you explain what they are and how an. How understanding them can help people align with their purpose.

[01:18:37] Jen Gilchrist: Soul contracts. And what was the other thing you said? Uh, soul contracts and the ascension journey. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Okay. So, okay, we’ll start with, because they’re, they can, they overlap a lot, but then there’s also I think some on both. So I think like with soul contracts, I think what’s is, you know, we can have soul contracts or unconscious healing agreements or playing out karmic patterns with people.

You know, those are all kind of fall in a similar [01:19:00] category and really they’re just.

I think a lot [01:20:00] of us are also coming in clearing a lot of ancestral line patterns that are coming through as well, right?

It’s less empowering to be like, you did this to me, or the government did this, or, you know, we can’t, no, we’re not gonna ever be able to have everybody pleasing us perfectly.

Right? Yeah. So if, so, it’s about taking your power back and going, huh, okay. I don’t really like how this is feeling right now, or, I don’t like this pattern that I’ve been stuck in, so I’m gonna take my power back ’cause I know I can create my reality and I’m gonna look at this neutrally in a non-judgmental way and just kind of be neutral to being the observer really, and realizing that you [01:21:00] have the ability.

And so those are kind of like four steps that I look at when it comes to sole contracts and agreements because.

With more [01:22:00] integrity to myself, because a lot of times there’s an act of either self betrayal within it or feeling, you know, a little bit where we’re giving our power away in some way.

Totally agree. Yeah. And then the asension as journey. Yeah. So the ascension journey. You know, I love the ascension journey.

That’s part of it, right? Part of it’s evolving, our soul, expanding through some of these things. It doesn’t have to always be hard to argue, I think, in the beginning, because when you don’t have tools, it can be overwhelming, right? When you start to learn tools and have support and in conversations like this, and you know you’re in communities that could help be that mirror to help you.

Mm-hmm. It gets easier and easier. Um, but the ascension journey, I like to look at it. Um, there’s so many different ways we can talk about this, but. [01:23:00] It’s about integrating your higher self with your human self, right? The 3D to the five D, you hear that a lot. Part of it is that we are, we are evolving our soul forward.

We’re all in our own individual soul’s path journey, and then some of us are here. I feel like you and like many of people in your community, probably, and in my community as well, also feel called to be of service to the world in some way. You don’t have to be like we, our whole soul’s journey right here is being of service to the whole.

As we do our inner work, we are affecting the whole, and then some of us are also feeling called to have a hijab or a business or be. You know, in some way, a little bit more vocal and about it, right? Sharing your message, a book story coaching or whatever. But also being in the mainstream. I think that’s also what’s exciting as we start to get more conscious of where people and school systems teaching are in the government.

You know, that’s exciting as well. So I think that our soul’s journey is really about aligning with more of who we truly are. In its simplest form, we all are. All of our sole purpose is about aligning, embodying, and [01:24:00] expressing.

And I look at things that I deal with now.

And so it’s about knowing and learning the tools and having the support [01:25:00] too.

Those are all signposts that like, oh, I’m, I’m on my path and I’m, I am aligned and I am getting more integrated and, um, embodied really with my higher self energy. And so it’s really that merging of your higher self and the physical that is our ascension journey that we’re bringing forward. And as we do that for ourselves, it creates a ripple effect.

For those around us as well, whether we speak to them or not. Many of us will be called to. Yeah. But energetically we’re starting to shift the energy and the energy of the [01:26:00] planet’s becoming more crystal and as well, like the energy of the planet planet’s raising.

We’re expanding into new levels of, of ability, of being able to be just completely tapped into our spiritual gifts, into having that foresight into, you know, being sovereign. In our ability to consciously create and, um, heal ourselves also. I mean, your healing energy increases, your manifestations come quicker.

You know, it’s very exciting and fun, I think all the way around. Oh, I totally agree. And also on that [01:27:00] note, um, going through the ascension is also part of being in alignment, right? Like, um, and that was so exciting for me because I started to see on various different, um, times of my path. When I was in alignment and when I wasn’t in alignment and I was like, oh, wow.

[01:27:17] Sarah: And you can feel it within, you know, your body as well as, you know, just being in alignment with God caught, you know, or. Divinity. Yeah. Or your soul’s path, your higher self. It’s beautiful. It’s like you’re on a magic carpet ride sometimes, right? It’s like, it’s like you feel like you’re like, Ooh, like this.

[01:27:34] Jen Gilchrist: We like all the magical and this, and then all of the miracles start popping and the synchronicities start happening. You know, we’re all, you know, I think, you know, we might be tapping into that flow, but then we can stabilize that more, more consistently. But then knowing that we’re always gonna ebb and flow a little bit.

’cause that’s just part of transformation. Yeah, exactly. Um, and also. Uh, the balancing I feel as well with the masculine energy within us and the feminine energy within us because I mean, I’ve spent years in my [01:28:00] masculine where I was in flight and fight mode and you know, when you drop into your feminine and have that balance, like what you mentioned, you know, traveling to, um, with the dolphins, you know, you’ve got that ebb and flow and you’ve also doing the action side of your business, which is very, very important for Ascension, I feel as well.

Absolutely.

It’s. Day. So we’re shifting out of the roles and the patterns and the conditions and all the things that are rooted in fear or limitation that aren’t really true.

It’s the [01:29:00] motivation.

But then there’s the imbalance side of the feminine as well, which I know in the, in the spiritual community can sometimes be.

Of course, I’m like, most [01:30:00] people aren’t.

Yeah. I was like, my started out total masculine energy, having to be the caretaker doing all the things, and then I went, you know, with this side it’s like, oh, this feels so good.

And it’s like, yeah, but you gotta move through all of that, you know? Yeah. Inter interfere in order to take action. Basically, would you be able to share with the viewers, um, a bit about grounding, like what are some grounding tools that they can use [01:31:00] to kind of stabilize this? Yeah, I think well.

And when you’re not in a present moment, you’re likely not grounded.

Your body is [01:32:00] always in the present moment, right?

But it’s also easy to remember.

Yeah. [01:33:00] Yeah.

And so that’s like a first step I think is just getting grounded and present and doing things that can do that for you.

Like exercise for some people running, I think some people who love running or walking, you know, for them they may not know or call it that, but it could be a meditative experience for them or you could be in your head, right? So it’s not necessarily, but it [01:34:00] depends on what you’re doing with it. So can you just be present and mindful?

You could be mindful doing dishes if you wanted, but the TLC um, meditation is really about bringing your awareness to your. Body. Mm-hmm. And so when you do that, like the, like one way you could do it is if you’re feeling, say maybe you catch yourself, I’m in the future anxious and I want more peace.

If you can place your hands there.

[01:35:00] Where’s the anxiety?

Yes, most of the time it’s gonna be simple. Go take a quick five minute in the sun, take a drink of water, stretch, go take a walk. Like it’s often very simple just to shift you back out of whatever spin you’re in.

Yes. To get right here. And that right there is a simple practice. I think everyone can, you know, easily remember and start to utilize anytime, [01:36:00] anywhere that can start to. Help you feel more in control of how you’re feeling. Yeah. That’s a really beautiful method. Thank you for sharing that with us. Yeah, yeah.

[01:36:11] Sarah: Um, okay. So a big part of your work is helping people release energetic blocks. Uh, what are com, what are some common blocks you see and how do you guide your clients to clear them? Well, I tend to work with a lot of highly sensitive and empathic people, and I feel like there’s a lot of like common themes that happen.

[01:36:30] Jen Gilchrist: One of ’em is the, the voice, the chakra, the throat, chara speaking your truth, having boundaries. Sometimes the patterns that I see a lot are giving more than we’re receiving to a, to a degree. Like maybe you’ve had relationships where you’re giving a lot more than you’re receiving, and if that happens.

Just big one. Yeah. And you start to feel like a martyr or a victim, or you start to feel frustrated or resentful or burnt out, right? Yeah. Or unappreciated. Like those kinds of things will start to happen. But also like if you take that into your business, if you have that pattern in your life and [01:37:00] it’s not cleared up, by the time you go into business, you’ll have trouble asking for money.

I think having, uh, avoiding confrontation. A lot of times the throat chakra has a lot of things. So it’s about having a hard time either standing your ground, speaking your truth. Yeah. Um, being in your power or just like shrinking and staying small.

So visibility, being visible or seen has a lot to do with, I think, uh, the throat chakra [01:38:00] kind of blockages around there in different ways.

Standing in your power, really trusting yourself, not having doubt.

I’m not sure if your a [01:39:00] audience residence was like atlantian times and things like that, but there’s a lot around p being like where there’s abuse of power and things like that.

Having a boundary in a relationship, like it’s everything starts as energy and moves into form. And so usually there’s leaky energy boundaries translates into not having good boundaries also with people. Yes. Right. In life, standing your ground.

And so I think learning energetic boundary tools was the, was a huge, huge thing for me to then. Be able to be seen more and be heard more and feel [01:40:00] safe speaking my truth, because I wasn’t taking the energetic kind of whacking or feeling the energetic of, oh, they’re gonna be mad at me, or, oh, they’re gonna judge me.

Yes, to love ourselves and to accept ourselves. And when we do that, all of these things start to become easier.

I can see, like I can see when I’ve had a big [01:41:00] energetic shift because I would watch myself get stuck for a long time.

[01:41:33] Sarah: Yeah, absolutely. Um, and when you said you have these energetic tools, um, can you share or elaborate on what those energetic tools would be? Yeah, I, well, I teach a course. It’s a whole, the, the energetic mastery tools is what I use. It’s not the only tools out there, but I, so I, I work with two different types of energy healings like I do.

[01:41:54] Jen Gilchrist: Uh, two have some types of meditations, I should say. Okay. One of ’em would be like. You know, doing the deeper healing work. So it might be [01:42:00] like high vibrational light language or high vibrational activations or healing energy, right? Sometimes you leave your body because you’re clearing and you’re healing, but it’s, it’s something that you’re doing as a, usually as a healing or an awakening type tool.

Yes. But you don’t live in that energy. You just experience that and then you ground back into your field. But the, what I’m speaking to mostly on your show today is about embodied, what I call embodied meditation. Yes. Which is about how do I integrate my soul into my body, into my being and ground fully and catalyze and work with the earth.

And so I teach a series of six tools that has to do with grounding. Really deeply into the core of the earth, working with the earth and the universal energies as a way to energetically flush mm-hmm. Your field.

Not like in a [01:43:00] protection tool.

And that higher connected frequency above and below that makes sense. And so that’s, that’s really how I work with, with those kinds of tools, which is really in and of itself very life changing for people. For sure. Absolutely. Yes. I, um, I also work with similar tools, uh, to kind of shift my energy and.

[01:43:58] Sarah: Clear and protect my energy [01:44:00] as well. Um, yeah, so, so key, especially for sensitives, because then you don’t realize that that is a lot of why we’re shrinking. Like I think that’s a lot of why I was afraid to, to share my oral report in school because I was feeling all the judgment, energy. I was like, you know, I left my body know Absolutely not being able to, to deal with it.

[01:44:18] Jen Gilchrist: Yeah. My, um, I think one of, uh, one, one of my past lives and ancestral traumas is opening my voice. Right. And mm-hmm. Um, as a female in my lineage, it was all about, um. Not being able to speak because the masculine in the family would be, you know, the, the control, the provider, the protector, but the female was not allowed to speak at all.

[01:44:44] Sarah: So to be able to open my heart and have my benevolent ancestors actually help me to open my voice and even get on podcasts or, um, sometimes I have to go to Toastmaster just to kind of get my. [01:45:00] Confidence in speaking.

I’m here. It always is.

[01:45:54] Jen Gilchrist: That’s good job. And I love that you brought up Mother Mary. I just, that was my, my workshop actually. It’s releasing well [01:46:00] in real time tomorrow.

I’d be interested in your workshop. Definitely. Yeah.

I mean, many of us, I think, are working through different layers of that with our ancestral line for sure.

[01:46:41] Sarah: Yeah. And that takes, and the judgment side of things, I think, um, I was my biggest judge. Like I, I was the one that was judging myself a lot. Yeah. And then I realized that, okay, it does actually come from my family lineage. And then I was like. Okay. Something’s gotta give here. Needs to break, the [01:47:00] cord needs to cut.

[01:47:01] Jen Gilchrist: Yes. Good job. It takes courage to do that, right? It does. Lots and lots of courage like, and I feel like sometimes in the morning I’ll get up and I’ll be like. Mother Mary, Jesus, I need strength today. I need courage today. Light my path. You know, like do something. I love that. Yeah. Most of the time they do.

[01:47:25] Sarah: So unless it’s a lesson that I need to learn, well then it gets front and center, right? Yeah. Right. Then you get to say, oh, thank you. Yeah. Got it. What’s my opportunity of transformation for this one? Let’s do that now. Yes. I like to, that’s actually one of my favorite affirmations is like, yeah, give me loud, clear signs I can easily understand, and the confidence and courage to act on them, because yeah, sometimes we need to have that extra, you know, oomph, oomph.

[01:47:52] Jen Gilchrist: And I, yeah, and I think that knowing you’re not alone, like for me, that took a lot of pressure off for me, knowing that I didn’t have to figure it [01:48:00] all out.

It does. It takes work. I mean, you’ve, and you’ve gotta really trust yourself as well. I think that’s the biggest, um, everyone’s, you know, like you’re, you’re doing your best and you are getting yourself out there and you’re doing the work, but you really need to trust, you really need to trust yourself.

[01:48:42] Sarah: You need to trust your, even your spiritual team. Um, and that comes with the discernment as well, the discernment piece, which, um, sure. I mean the process of, process of maybe mastering discern at the moment. Yeah. That’s exciting. Yeah, it’s exciting. Absolutely. Okay. Um, so Jen, [01:49:00] I have, uh, last two or two questions if I can.

Um, what you work with spiritual entrepreneurs, what’s the biggest mindset shift required to confidently and easily, easily step into their soul aligned business? It’s probably one for me. For me that is big, right? I think, I mean, well, I think we’ve talked about a lot different ones because I think for different people are gonna have different versions of this, but I think it comes down to ultimately.

[01:49:26] Jen Gilchrist: Trusting yourself and know that you’re already inherently worthy. I think so often there’s a lot of limitations around, like, either I have to, I’m not good enough yet, or, you know, I have to get this or that. Like, if they don’t, being willing to know that you are value, uh, you have a lot of value to give right now.

So you [01:50:00] have gifts to share right now that can help a lot of people, so and so.

Those things need to be, you know, in sync together, and that’s something that I think we can all do if we just take the pressure off of having to be perfect. Yes. And know that we don’t have to have it all figured out before we start. Yes. You just keep going. And then the, the path opens and it keeps opening and it keeps opening, and then it sw twists a little.

Okay. That’s different than I thought. Oh, that’s more than I thought. You know? But it’s like you get more and more, uh, cultivating in that trust muscle to take bigger leaps of faith as you [01:51:00] go. Yeah, just one step at a time. Okay, perfect. Thank you. And what, um, what does it mean to you to live a con as a conscious creator, and how can listeners start embracing that mindset in their everyday lives?

Well, I think, oh boy.

Sometimes that might look like taking a leap of faith on yourself, right? So, so it can look like different things, but I think at the end of the day, it has so much to do with knowing that you are a conscious creator and when you can just align, embody, and express the I is truth, that’s your natural.

That is your natural state of being so abundance, joy, peace, freedom, success, and whatever it is [01:52:00] for you, because success for you, me, and somebody else is gonna look different.

Of my other job was, you know, I got to point where I was earning great money, six figures.

And I, it’s like I had to [01:53:00] trust.

And if we, the more that we don’t listen, the more that we start to then attract kind of a bang. In order to catch our attention to force the change, but get used to hearing the small whispers and taking action then, because if you’re acting in alignment and integrity with who you are to the best of your ability at that time, mm-hmm.

The synchronicity, the joy, the abundance, the miracles are gonna follow. Yeah, [01:54:00] absolutely. Good point. Yeah. Jen, can you, um, share with us any upcoming programs that you have, um, or how we can reach you, how the viewers can reach you? Absolutely. Um, my business is Soul Success Unleashed, so Soul Success unleash.com.

You can see there, I’ve got lots of free resources, blogs, articles, videos, all kinds of things on there. I have a free, um. Four day series, which could easily be a paid course. Actually there’s like well over six or seven hours worth of content. But I, if you are listening to this in real time, I’m actually going to be doing this live.

If you’re seeing this, I still have on demand versions, so you can get this anytime, but it is amazing. It’s the amplify your clairvoyance, channeling and healing abilities. And so it’s like a mini course about 90, hmm 75 to 90 minutes a day. There’ll be training and activations and alignment activities so you can start to.

Cultivate your gifts. Day one’s all about your intuition and connecting with your spirit guides. Day two, we activate your healing energy and learn how to not be overwhelmed as an empath and clear your energy as an empath. [01:55:00] And then day three is your clairvoyance, speaking and seeing and knowing your truth.

Day four is your channeling and abilities, plus all channel and message and light language for the group. And so it’s just a powerful way, and the intention is really to help you align with your higher path and purpose, help you shed limitations. It’s a great, um. Kickstart way to really just transform your energy and create a lot of tools.

So I’ll put that free gift there below. And I have started also just as a sidebar leading destination retreats, which I’m so excited about. So you’ll have to check out my site. There’s a, a, a free wait list. You know, you can see I’ve got one for Mount Shasta and I’m gonna go swim with the humpback whales and Tahiti.

So there’s lots of fun stuff. And I have some other ones that’ll be, uh, added to the calendar soon. So you’ll wanna check that out if you have the intention of wanting to travel to do, uh, some transformational work. ’cause for me, retreats have been. Such a healing catalyst and awakening catalyst in my journey for sure.

[01:55:51] Sarah: Yeah, absolutely. I have been getting the call to travel, so, and, um, spirit, it’s like every time you travel, you’re going to be activated. I’m like, okay. [01:56:00] Exactly.
