It’s time to start the conversation. Ask yourself:
Am I concentrating too much on achieving a ‘perfect’ meditative state?
Am I unforgiving of myself when I don’t make time to meditate?
Could I benefit from more guidance during meditation?

Observe tension and other blocked or unaligned feelings
Notice where your energy is focused
Commit To Your Boby's Needs
Heed your body’s advice
Take action in response to observed needs
