Do I need to have spiritual or intuitive experience?
Not at all. Whether you’re just beginning your spiritual journey or you’ve been doing inner work for years, you’ll receive guidance and practical tools to support you and meet you where you are at.
What if I can’t attend a live session?
No problem. You can pre-submit any questions you have to a form so Jen can address it on the call for you to listen back to. Every live session, meditation, and activation will be recorded and uploaded to your member portal, giving you lifetime access so you can watch or revisit them whenever it works best for you.
How much time should I plan to dedicate each week?
The live calls will typically be 60 to 75 minutes, depending on the teaching, activations, questions, and guidance shared during each session.
If you can’t attend live, you’ll have lifetime access to the replay and can submit your questions in advance, allowing you to participate in a way that works best for your schedule.
You’ll also receive optional integration exercises to help you deepen and embody what you’re learning. These are designed to support your journey while giving you the flexibility to engage with the material at your own pace and in a way that fits your life.
Will I receive personal guidance?
