October is a gorgeous time to commune with Mt.Shasta with vibrant fall colored trees, meadows, flowers, rushing waterfalls and creeks. It's wonderful to be there when the trails are less crowded after the summer rush. The average weather is clear blue skies ranging from 65 to 71 degrees which is perfect for our nature walks.

The accommodations are newly renovated and in wonderful conditions with all the amenities you need. The beds and pillows are super comfy so you can enjoy a restful night's sleep. There is a lovely ceremonial fire pit perfect for stargazing, conversations and healing. There is also a lush lawn with yarrow, clover, dandelion, violets, along with various native grasses. All of the herbs in the lawn are medicinal for a special healing and reflective experience.
Private Chef, Pampering and Self Care
We have a private chef to prepare all of your delicious and organic healthy plant based meals. There is a 2 person infrared sauna you may use, as well. You can choose to book a bodywork massage on site as an additional add on to support your transformation and healing.

This is an idea of what our days may look like…
Day 1, October 23rd
Check in at 3pm to get settled into your rooms. Then we will set the energy with an opening circle ceremony at 4pm to set our forth powerful intentions and get to know each other. Then you will have dinner together prepared by our private chef and the evening with an optional sound bath.
Day 2, October 24th
Breakfast followed by a transformational workshop to further set your intentions in motion and begin to release and transform limitations so that you can align to your highest timeline.
After breakfast we will head out for a nature walk to a sacred vortex, Castle Lake and then to Lake Siskiyou to experience this healing portal. Head back to the retreat center for lunch and a relaxing afternoon. You can rest, connect or connect, exchange oracle readings or take some time alone to integrate. Or a little self care time to relax in the infrared sauna.
Enjoy dinner at our homebase. We will have a burning bowl release ritual outside under the beautiful starlit night sky. Enjoy our activated water to deepen our intentions.
Day 3, October 25th
We head out to a powerful multidimensional vortex, Ascension Rock and soak up the healing and wisdom this offers. You will experience a guided meditation to bring in healing and activations unique to you and meet your Lemurian guide. This powerful vortex is where it is believed that the 5th dimensional council of Telos, home to Lemurians, who are said to live beneath Mt.Shasta
We will go to McCloud falls and take an easy beautiful creekside walk to a breathtaking waterfall. We will have a picnic lunch and time to journal and soak up the healing vibes. Head back for dinner and optional energy healing or sound bath healing to integrate the day.
Day 4, October 26th
We will head out on an outing to Hedge Creek Falls which is a short walk to a sweet waterfall. We will collect some fresh spring water there that we will later activate with intention along with a crystal grid. Have a picnic lunch at a beautiful creek and botanical garden. Head back to our home base to relax, reflect, connect with the community, relax in the infrared sauna or add on a bodywork/massage session.
Day 5, October 27th
After breakfast we will have our closing ceremony circle to anchor in all of the magical shifts you created for yourself. Then it’s time to check out at 11 am to depart back home refreshed and revitalized.
All excursions are optional. At any time you can opt to relax at our beautiful homebase sanctuary to rest, integrate and reflect.

At our home base there are many beautiful and tranquil community gathering spaces to enjoy as a group for workshops, meditations and sound bath healings or individually to relax and rejuvenate.
You will also see several lodging options ranging in price such as staying in the main house, cozy cabins with space heaters or glamping tents that include electric blankets and heaters to ensure your comfort.
- Yoga/Meditation room: Lovely sacred space in the main home to meditate, do yoga or reflect on your own time.
- Deck: Outdoor deck for dining, conversing with each other or journaling time.
- Lawn area: Large healing Meadow lawn for grounding, yoga, sound healing, star gazing. It is a combination of Yarrow, clover, dandelion, violets, along with various native grasses. All of the herbs in the lawn are medicinal for a special healing and reflective experience.
- Shala: For sound bath healings, meditations and workshops.
- Sauna: There is a two-person infrared sauna located on the covered patio.
- Firepit: Ceremonial fire pit to release what is no longer serving while stargazing.

The newly designed sleeping porch is a beautiful blending of the indoors and out.
The structure is connected to the home with a solid roof structure and two house walls. The other two walls are canvas, matching the glamping tents. The space is cozy and comfortable with comfortable beds, electric blankets, luxurious linens, and appointed like an indoor bedroom.
This option is just steps away from the indoor main house bathrooms.

Logistics for Travel Arrangements + General Practical Information
What is included
Lodging, 3 meals per day prepared by our private chef, includes coffee and tea. This also orkshops and guided healing experiences, group activities and excursions.
We will also have 2 calls together as a group. One pre-retreat to answer all of your logistical questions and go over the packing list. We will also set intentions and set the energy for the trip. We will have one post retreat call to help integrate your spiritual growth cycle. Replays will be available if you can not be live or if you sign up after the call takes place.
What is included

Travel expenses, airfare, transfers or car to get to the retreat center, travel insurance, personal expenses, individual sessions like bodywork/massage treatments, readings or anything not explicitly listed on the “what is included” list above. It is suggested to bring extra snacks in between our 3 main meals.
(Travel insurance is inexpensive and highly recommended as there are no refunds or cancellations for any reasons at all including acts of God, or natural disasters. I have recommendations if you would like)

Logistical Information
You will want to aim to arrive at our retreat center at 3 pm on October 23rd. Be sure to consider time to pick up luggage and travel time to the retreat center. Our opening ceremony begins at 4pm and you will want to have time to check in first.
You will want a return flight that gives you plenty of time to get to the airport the recommended 2-3 hours before your flight. We will serve light breakfast and have our closing circle gathering. Check out is by 11 am October 27th.

This retreat for me, was a soul remembrance. Mt. Shasta held me in her sacred stillness while every layer of me was recalibrated. I am a former graduate and certified SSU student. I have begun a business and am starting to perform energy readings for others. When I heard about the retreat at Shasta I immediately wanted to take part. My heart leaped because I have driven through Shasta many times, stopped and marveled and always thought " I should really come here sometime and just reflect". So here was my chance! I have never done a meditation type retreat before so I was a bit reluctant at the time away from my family. But once I hit the button of commitment, I was instantly so excited!
From the minute I arrived until my departure, I felt I entered some kind of womb type space which offered calm, spiritual awareness, comradery and respect, and peace. The vegan food was super filling I was always full it seemed and between meals there were myriad teas and snacks to choose from as well. Truly a resort type situation while in the middle of nature! The accommodations were so well appointed, with so many little touches to make it feel as if you were in a loving space and welcome there. The air of the high altitude alpine environment was thin but so full of oxygen you could just FEEL it permeate your body, your lungs and the world around you.
The mountains in the background and the well maintained forested retreat space felt like you were in a very sacred area. We were doing things every day, but not so much that you were rushed. We took so many awesome field trips and each place was a sacred site where I felt as if I was bathing in spirit! The pictures from this trip tell a story filled with amazing diffraction patterns, fairy lights and even possible ufos appearing all over the place. I felt blessed by being around so many others and their spiritual gifts it was like being on a very special pilgrimage.
The sessions we had at "camp" were amazing! Jen led us through many activations and ceremonies and each time another layer evaporated from the heavy part of me. I left the retreat so much lighter. I had several spiritual awakening moments and feel now that there is a version of me before Shasta and now after Shasta feeling like I am part of something so lovely and special that I can now go to in my mind and say "feel like Shasta feel like Shasta" and although it is past, the feeling comes rushing back.
I am excited for my next retreat and plan on attending as many as I can. And not to forget the best thing of all, the people I met were so amazing. This is a living treasure.

Jen Gilchrist
