Cairo - Giza - Aswan - Luxor
Travel Day: October 23rd so that you arrive in Cairo by October 24th or earlier if you choose.We can help you make hotel arrangements (at additional cost) if you choose to arrive prior to the retreat start date.
Day 1 Saturday, October 24th : Cairo
Arrive Cairo
Arrive at Cairo international airport, meet and assist by our trusted guide who will assist you through airport formalities (entry Visa, immigration and luggage). Then Transfer to your Hotel.
Day 2 Sunday, October 25th: Cairo
After breakfast, we will spend a full day at the Grand Egyptian Museum. The GEM's construction is 88 percent complete and is set to open by July 2025, before the previously announced official date in 2022. The construction of the museum first began in 2006, among thousands of other magnificent riches, we will see the priceless jewelry and treasures of King Tut Ankh Amon.
After a hearty Egyptian lunch, our second stop is old Cairo where we visit the Church of Abu Serga, where according to tradition the Holy Family rested after fleeing from King Herod; it has an icon dating to the 11th century, and then, we visit the beautiful Ben Ezra, where, according to legend, Jeremiah was buried and where the Pharaoh’s daughter found Moses in the basket in the reeds, and where Mary found water to wash Jesus. Finally, we visit the Al-Muallaqa Church, called the Hanging Church built atop of a Roman fortress; it is one of the oldest churches in Egypt.

Day 3 Monday, October 26th Giza - Sakkara - Dahshur
After breakfast we will visit The Red Pyramid of Dahshur. Located a short distance from Saqqara, the Red Pyramid at Dahshur was built for the pharaoh Snefru, father of Khufu for whom the Great Pyramid of Giza was built. The Red Pyramid is the first 'true' pyramid, and it has the second largest base of all Egyptian pyramids. After Lunch, we move on to Saqqara, where the oldest stone structure in the world is located: The Step Pyramid.

Day 4 Tuesday, October 27th: Giza
Breakfast at the hotel. Private early morning tour of the Great Pyramid with a Meditation and Energy Activation in the King’s Chamber. Today we see one of the wonders of the world: The Great Pyramids of Giza. As we marvel at the human imagination and energy they display, we will find it will be difficult to avoid being overwhelmed as these pyramids survived for 4,500 years, seeing dynasties come and go and surviving Egypt’s many foreign invaders and conquerors.
Later, we will visit a papyrus institute that provides the opportunity to purchase gifts for others and treasures for us. Then we have lunch, later we will see the mosque of ‘Amr ibn al-‘As is the oldest surviving mosque in Egypt and Africa. Then return to the hotel.

Day 5 Wednesday, October 28th: Aswan Nile Cruise – Aswan
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan, upon arrival we will visit the temple of Philae that was built to honor Isis, the Egyptian goddess of healing and magic in 690 BC. This sacred site will activate and elicit a healing for your sacral chakra and then transfer to your Hotel in Aswan.
After Lunch we will take a motorboat and sail around the islands of Aswan and the Nubian villages. We can bring colored pencils to give to the children of the Nubian village if you choose!!

Day 6 Thursday, October 29th: Abu Simbel – Aswan
Early Morning start by driving south through the land of Nubia to reach Abu Simbel where we visit the great temples of Ramses the great and His wife Queen Nefertari. These great monuments were cut out of the mountain in 1290 BC. The UNESCO spend $40 Million in 1964 to safe these temples as they would have been submerged completely by the huge lake that was created as they were building the High Dam in the southern part of Egypt during that time. We will drive back to Aswan to our hotel in Aswan.

Day 7 Friday, October 30th: Aswan -Kom Ombo
This is an exclusive treat you won’t usually get on most Egypt retreats!! Today we will check out of our hotel and transfer to our private Dahabiya cruise boat for 4 days and 3 nights to cruise the Nile to explore sacred temples. This is a gorgeous 19th century with sails, with the added luxury of modern day. We will have our own private space to integrate the energetic transformation of our transformational journey.
We will also be a day behind all the crowds of the traditional bigger cruise boats for a more exclusive experience at the temples we visit.
We set sail to Kom Ombo. Visit the temple of Kom-Ombo that was built in 227 BC, dedicated for gods Sobek and Harroris,(Horus the Elder). This is a powerful healing temple with incredible energy and hieroglyphics. Then we Sail to Edfu.

Day 8 Saturday, October 31st: Edfu
Buffet Breakfast on board. We will visit the temple of Horus dedicated to the Falcon God. This is the most well-preserved temple in the world that was built in 258 BC. After the visit, we will come back to the cruise boat and start sailing to Esna
Overnight onboard the cruise boat.

Day 9 Sunday, November 1st: Esna - Luxor
Today we will be sailing to Luxor Via Esna Locks. After Lunch, we will visit the West bank including the two Colossi of Memnon, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, Valley of kings and the Alabaster Village.
Overnight: Cruise boat
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 10 Monday, November 2nd: Luxor/Cario
After Breakfast, we will visit the largest temple in the world. The great temple of Karnak dedicated to the God Amon -Ra.and Luxor Temple. Followed by Lunch.
After Lunch, we will visit The Magnificent: Temple of Hathor. She was a major goddess in the ancient Egyptian pantheon, who personified the principles of joy, feminine love, and motherhood, and her cult center was at Dendera, one of the best-preserved temple complexes in all of Egypt.
The Temple of Hathor is the largest and most impressive building in this religious complex, and is visually stunning with its grand entrance, detailed carvings, hieroglyphs, and decorated ceilings. We will drive back to our hotel in Luxor.

Day 11 Tuesday, November 3rd
Today after Breakfast we will check out of the hotel in Luxor to catch our flight to Cairo.
You can book flights at 10pm or later on November 3rd or early morning on November 4th. Most international flights out of Cairo are late at night or early morning. This gives you a hotel night so you have a comfortable place until you head out. Your airport transfer is included in the retreat.

Transfer to international flight for our flight back Home.

All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering, you are committing to the full retreat investment, whether paying in full or on a payment plan. If you need to cancel, reimbursement must be pursued through your travel insurance provider.

What is included
12 days and 11 nights total, 24 meals included. Breakdown is as follows.
- 4 nights in Cairo in a 5-star hotel based on bed and buffet style breakfast.
- 3 nights in a Private boat Dahabiya. Full-board accommodation includes 3 meals a day, soft drinks, water, tea, coffee & hot chocolate.
- 2 Nights in a 4-star hotel in Aswan Based on bed and Breakfast.
- 1 Night in a hotel in Luxor, breakast and lunch.
- 1 Night Cairo, Le Passage hotel, Cairo airport or similar. Breakfast included if flight has not left before.
- Tips for Hotels, Guides, Drivers, Nile Cruise & Restaurants for meals included in the retreat.
- Over day trip to Abu Simbel by private bus

Logistical Information
You need to arrive in Cairo on October 24th 2026.
Depending on where you are coming from you will likely be traveling to Cairo International Airport (CAI) Egypt on October 23rd, so that you arrive in Cairo by October 24th or earlier if you choose.
We can help you make hotel arrangements (at additional cost) if you choose to arrive prior to the retreat start date on October 24th.
When you arrive at Cairo international airport. You will be met by the Airport Rep. at your gate. They will be holding a sign that says “Soul Success Unleashed”.
They will assist you through airport formalities (Visa, immigration and luggage). Then they will transfer you to your hotel. You can exchange money at our hotel if you want to have some Egyptian money for shopping in local shops and markets. I suggest having a couple of credit cards that you can use in foreign country as well.
On November 4th you will arrive back in Cairo to prepare to travel home. You will have a hotel for the night of the 3rd paid for as a part of your retreat, this way you have a place to store luggage and rest until your flight departs. You also have a transfer from hotel to airport included in the retreat cost.
You can book flights at 8pm or later on November 3rd or in the morning on November 4th before your hotel checkout time.
Most international flights out of Cairo are late at night or early morning. This gives you a hotel night so you have a comfortable place until you head out. Your airport transfer is included in the retreat.
You will want to have $100-$200 of your currency in single bills for tipping. It is customary you tip a $1 for TP at bathrooms, water each day ect and $50 for our Egyptologist Guide.
(Tips for all other Guides/Drivers/Nile Cruise/Restauranst for meals that are included, are already included in the retreat cost.)
International Traveler
For international travelers: Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your intended stay in the foreign country as per current regulations. Be sure to confirm these rules where you live.
Check to be sure your country is allowed to enter Egypt and get Visa upon arrival in Egypt airport. If you are able to get entry upon arrival, then your rep who meets you at the airport will help you with this and is inlcuded in your retreat cost.
CDC recommends some vaccines you may consider when traveling to Egypt. You may want to discuss with your health care professional to decide what is best for you.
My Dr. gave me a prescription in case I ate food/water that did not agree with me for nausea. I did not need it, but it was nice to know I had on hand in case.

All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration constitutes a commitment to the full retreat investment, including payment plans. Travel insurance is required and should be used in the event of cancellation. Please review the Retreat Agreement for full details.

We have added Klarna and Affirm to our checkout pages. You can click the "In Full Payment" option onto checkout page. Instead of entering credit card info, click below it o see what more extended payment plans are available to you. This is individually decided by Klarna and Affirm and available to participating countries.
If you would like to discuss any custom payment plans not listed below you can email Jen so you can discuss your options. Please note that there will need to be a non refundable down payment and a payment plan in place for the remainder of the balance to be paid in full a minimum of 2 months prior departure.
