Here is the planned itinerary for our time exploring the sacred lands of Bali
Day 1: May 10th 2027
Plan to arrive at Denpasar Airport (DPS) in Bali by no later than 2pm or 2:15pm local time so that you have time to collect your luggage, and move through the arrival process at the airport. We have one shuttle pick up time included in the retreat cost that will be there to pick you up and take you to the Villa at 3pm. You can see more specific logistical details in the FAQ area at the bottom of this page.
You will check into our private Villa and get settled into your rooms.
We have our opening circle to set our intentions, get to know each other more and ground into the sacred energy of Bali. After dinner, we will end the evening with an optional relaxing sound bath or energy healing to send you into a restful night's sleep.
Day 2: May 11th 2027
We will be at our gorgeous serene Villa to ground into the beautiful energy of Bali. We will start with a transformational workshop. You will have plenty of free time to integrate and rejuvenate. There are 2 swimming pools, relaxing spaces to journal, connect with the community and get to know each other.
During this free time, each of you will receive a complimentary massage to help you feel pampered and refreshed from your travel.
We will head to the beach at sunset for a releasing ceremony to let go of all that is not serving you. End the evening with an optional relaxing sound bath or energy healing to send you into a restful night's sleep and integrate all the energy shifts you will have.
Day 3: May 12th 2027
Today we go exploring! First we will visit Tirta Empul Temple for a sacred and special Balinese purification ritual. This was one of my personal favorites! The experience is both profound and serene and will leave you feeling peaceful and centered.
There will be time for a little shopping at the local balinese market before we make our way to Batuan Temple to connect with some sacred royal energies. We will explore some local paintings or woodcarving districts nearby.
Day 4: May 13th 2027
We will be at our gorgeous serene Villa to ground into the beautiful energy of Bali.
We will start with a transformational workshop balancing our masculine and feminine energy to activate your magnetic energy.
You will have free time in the afternoon. There are 2 swimming pools, relaxing spaces to journal, connect with the community and get to know each other.
During this free time, you can request onsite massage, facial, manicure, pedicure or hair braiding for continued pampering. 60 minute massages in your room were about $35 USD. (Additional services are optional and not included and are at your own cost.) I took advantage of this and had several throughout my stay.
End the evening with an optional relaxing sound bath or energy healing to send you into a restful night's sleep and integrate all the energy shifts you will have.
Day 5: May 14th 2027
Bali Swing Day!! Embody your Goddess and Divine Feminine energy at the next level. This is such an empowering and fun experience that will leave you with a smile and radiating glow. You will get pictures to capture this experience at about 6 different picturesque swings amidst a bali oasis. We will raise our frequency and purify our energy with a gorgeous waterfall experience.
Then we will explore the magical and enchanting magical monkey forest sanctuary where playful monkeys roam freely among ancient temples and towering trees. We connect with the healing power of Bali’s waterfalls, where we’ll engage in sacred purification rituals to wash away old energies and invite in renewal.
Day 6: May 15th 2027
We will be at our gorgeous serene Villa to ground into the beautiful energy of Bali. We will start with an Amplify your Abundance workshop where we will connect with Lakshmi and Ganesh.
We will head out to a spa where you can enjoy outdoor pools, hot and cold plunges, saunas as a part of your retreat cost.
You can also add on many different additional services such as facials, massage and many other spa treatments if you choose. (The price of these optional add ons are not included).
There is also some great shopping in the area to explore!
End the evening with an optional relaxing sound bath or energy healing to send you into a restful night's sleep and integrate all the energy shifts you will have.
Day 7: May 16th 2027
Today you will explore the majestic Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. Experience the breathtaking beauty of one of Bali’s most iconic water temples. Nestled on the serene shores of Lake Beratan, Ulun Danu radiates peace and spiritual power.
Then we will journey to Git Git waterfall, one of Bali’s most stunning waterfalls, where the energy is both grounding and revitalizing. Surrounded by lush jungle, Gitgit offers the perfect backdrop for releasing, reconnecting with nature, and receiving the cleansing power of flowing water. We will have a powerful activation journey there.
Day 8: May 17th 2027
We will have a morning closing circle to anchor in all of the powerful energy shifts and insights you gained during our time together. The check out time from our Villa will be 10 am.
There is one shuttle time included in your retreat cost to take you to the airport. If you need a later time or plan to stay in Bali after retreat you must have your driver pick up at 10am at your own cost.
All day trips are optional. At any time you can opt to relax at our beautiful villa to rest, integrate and reflect.
Note: Retreat leader reserves the right to change itinerary based on the season, weather, and the overall energy of the group as intuitively guided to create a uniquely customized experience for the group.

Travel Insurance & Cancellation Policy
Travel insurance is required for this retreat for the protection and peace of mind of all participants. Travel insurance typically covers unexpected circumstances such as illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.
All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering, you are committing to the full retreat investment, whether paying in full or on a payment plan. If you need to cancel, reimbursement must be pursued through your travel insurance provider.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking so you are fully protected. We’re happy to share recommended travel insurance providers after registration, or you may obtain a quote through any major provider online.

Logistics for Travel Arrangements + General Practical Information
What is included
Villa accommodations, 3 meals per day prepared by our private chef, coffee and unlimited cold filtered water. All of the workshops, sound baths and guided healing experiences led by Jen are included, as well as, one onsite massage at the Villa.
The main entrance fees to all of the excursions, day trips and driver's fees are included in the retreat cost. Jen offers one shuttle airport pick up to and from the airport included in the retreat cost.
September 6th at 3pm local time pick up and transport to Villa and one drop off to airport time leaving Villa at 10 am.
We may be able to help you connect with a driver for times and days outside of this if you extend your trip, but this will be at your own cost.
Please note, there are a few optional add ons for some of the excursions that are not included which will be specified in what is not included section below.

Travel expenses, airfare, visa, passport, travel insurance, personal expenses, alcohol, shopping trips and any outside activities, drivers or scooter trips. Anything not explicitly listed on the “what is included” list above is not included.
Optional add ons not included such as additional spa services, massages or personal healing or reading sessions offered at Balinese Healing Center or possibly by an approved retreat team support.
There is an option at Bali swing day to add on to include a dress. They provide an array of colors in goddess style dresses you can choose from for about $30. Some people opt to bring their own dress that matches their style, color and branding style or wear casual clothes. You can see an idea of the style in the pic in the itinerary.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and highly recommended as there are no refunds or cancellations for any reasons at all including acts of God, or natural disasters. I have recommendations if you would like.

Arrival
Plan to arrive at Denpasar Airport (DPS) in Bali by 2pm or 2:15pm latest local time on May 10th so that you have time to collect your luggage, and move through the arrival process at the airport. We have one shuttle pick up time included in the retreat cost that will be there to pick you up and take you to the Villa by about 4pm. It is about a 60- 75 minute drive.
They will have a sign that says Soul Success Unleashed right in front of the airport as you walk out. You will also have your driver's phone number via whats app.
If you arrive at the airport early there are places to eat and relax until pick up or you can arrange your own transport to Villa, please note you can not check in before 4pm. We may be able to help you coordinate a driver if you give advanced notice, though this will be at your own cost.
If you come to Bali a couple days early, you can check in at the retreat center at 4pm. You will receive the address after you register.
Departure
The check out time at the Villa will be 10 am.
We will have one shuttle at 10 am leaving from the villa included in the retreat cost to take you to the Denpasar Airport (DPS) in Bali to return home. You will arrive at the airport about 11 am. The airport suggests arriving 3 hours for international travel, so you would want to look for a flight leaving at 2pm or later.
Visa and Passport
Bali does require a Visa from most countries, including the US. It was about $30 USD.
It is suggested you get your Visa prior to your arrival as it will make your arrival day much smoother and some countries may not be offered on site Visa’s upon arrival. This can take 30 days or more so you will want to check with your country's requirements. Do not wait until the last minute. Check into this a couple months in advance to ensure a smooth process.
Passports are required and must be valid for at least six months after your intended stay in the foreign country as per current regulations. Be sure to confirm these rules where you live
What is your cancellation policy?
All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration constitutes a commitment to the full retreat investment, including payment plans. Travel insurance is required and should be used in the event of cancellation. Please review the Retreat Agreement for full details.

This retreat for me, was a soul remembrance. Mt. Shasta held me in her sacred stillness while every layer of me was recalibrated. I am a former graduate and certified SSU student. I have begun a business and am starting to perform energy readings for others. When I heard about the retreat at Shasta I immediately wanted to take part. My heart leaped because I have driven through Shasta many times, stopped and marveled and always thought " I should really come here sometime and just reflect". So here was my chance! I have never done a meditation type retreat before so I was a bit reluctant at the time away from my family. But once I hit the button of commitment, I was instantly so excited!
From the minute I arrived until my departure, I felt I entered some kind of womb type space which offered calm, spiritual awareness, comradery and respect, and peace. The vegan food was super filling I was always full it seemed and between meals there were myriad teas and snacks to choose from as well. Truly a resort type situation while in the middle of nature! The accommodations were so well appointed, with so many little touches to make it feel as if you were in a loving space and welcome there. The air of the high altitude alpine environment was thin but so full of oxygen you could just FEEL it permeate your body, your lungs and the world around you.
The mountains in the background and the well maintained forested retreat space felt like you were in a very sacred area. We were doing things every day, but not so much that you were rushed. We took so many awesome field trips and each place was a sacred site where I felt as if I was bathing in spirit! The pictures from this trip tell a story filled with amazing diffraction patterns, fairy lights and even possible ufos appearing all over the place. I felt blessed by being around so many others and their spiritual gifts it was like being on a very special pilgrimage.
The sessions we had at "camp" were amazing! Jen led us through many activations and ceremonies and each time another layer evaporated from the heavy part of me. I left the retreat so much lighter. I had several spiritual awakening moments and feel now that there is a version of me before Shasta and now after Shasta feeling like I am part of something so lovely and special that I can now go to in my mind and say "feel like Shasta feel like Shasta" and although it is past, the feeling comes rushing back.
I am excited for my next retreat and plan on attending as many as I can. And not to forget the best thing of all, the people I met were so amazing. This is a living treasure.

She considers being a mother to her beautiful and talented daughter her greatest joy and accomplishment. Her favorite personal pleasure is to swim with the wild dolphin pods in Kona, Hawaii. Jen has been on close to 40+ different dolphins swims with hundreds of dolphins and says that it is both a playful and spiritual experience and that she has learned and transformed herself through these experiences exponentially.
