I loved listening to this. Right now, I am in a phase of “putting my crown back on”, building boundaries, and not abandoning myself. I was a people pleaser, always looking outside of myself for validation. I went into a career field where I was surrounded by trauma, and had no idea that I was a sponge to the energy around me. This perfect mixture led to my awakening. I thought I was helping, but in reality, I was operating from a low vibrational state. I see a need now to help professionals (who are usually empaths) in my career field learn how to transmute energy and embrace high impact “self care” strategies. Thank you for all your insights
